From the first few days of working at the business you can feel nothing but negativity from all angles. Staff are miserable and underappreciated, nomatter how hard they work. Store managers are only interested in making money and couldnt care less about their staff. You are just one of many and made to feel replaceable from day one. No perks or bonuses for working hard just your paycheque and not even a thankyou. Very thankless and depressing job and all starts from the top of the business. Worst workplace ive ever worked in! 

working at the store makes you feel fully utterly flat and underappreciated. Managers do barely acknowledge you but expect you to work as hard as you possibly can, for no perks or thanks. Staff members who have been with the business for longer periods of time, talk down to younger members of staff and speak very patronisingly to assert themselves. Culture is very flat and everyone seems to be very on edge and feel very watched, no time to relax and have a friendly chat. Hardest part of the job is the empty feeling after a shift, you feel flat and unsatisfied.
 

Great teamwork between the departments even in moments of stress. There is balance between work and leisure - Friday drinks, monthly birthday cakes, morning teas, etc.
There is also a monthly meeting from the CEO in which all the staff can be communicated about the directions, strategies of the business.

Be careful working here my work performance was perfect I showed up learnt quickly always was friendly pilote was never spoken too about anything negative yet they fired me the only job I ever been fired from the only reason I can possibly imagine was as they were stalking me on social media and saw I was having personal problems and depressed so be careful very sneaky when inserting themselves in things that aren't their business and have nothing to do with them.

I loved my experience working for Terry Whire Chemmart. They really care about the customers and the team was seriously one of the best I’ve ever experienced. It was stressful learning how to do scripts straight away as I hadn’t had any experience, but that soon became my favourite thing to do. You’re on your feet all day like most jobs but if you love helping people it’s a great job. It also looks great to other employers and I really recommend working in pharmacy. 

I liked my job to start with, but the manager was extremely rude and would belittle you! And had unrealistic expectations. I was promised an opportunity to become a retail manager, then was told basically by manager I was not suitable. The manager also had a favourite which made job even harder. All of the staff that had been there for awhile were rude and unwelcoming. 

For the low rate of pay with the mundane work tasks and horrible management it is not worth your time or happiness. If you are a hard worker, good with customers and always try your best it will not be good enough because they will never acknowledge the good work you do so don't bother. Even the customers complain about the customer service they have received from the current owner.

Felt like I was being micro managed every second when working there which really affected my ability to perform my job well. I just wish there was more trust in the pharmacy assistants in providing customer service, as I felt like my manager was breathing down my neck in every interaction. I learnt a lot and it helped me with my pharmacology units at uni but other than that I felt a bit miserable.

The friends you make. The management has alot to be desired.

The management and unrealistic timeframes

Extremely clicky to be honest.

Stress stress stress. Waiting for a thankyou that never arrives
