Working in the heat when outside 

Company was team based all workers worked together when 1 finished someone was there to help.
Shame company was sold as it left me with no job...

Regardless of management, it was a great place to work. The hours where good & there was plenty of overtime. After just over a year with the company, i was offered a trainee ship as a Underground Cable Jointer .

Tenix has an overall commitment to both company and their employees.

The guys at the coal-face were professional, and solved most of their problem by bypassing management and coordinating the work themselves.  It's a pity the line managers didn't know what they were doing.

Every morning we would have meetings. We then went and done job safety .if needed we would to go another warehouse to help out  The days went Fast and every body got safely done.

A good place to work - was focused on building the culture.  Good access to management and the communications in the company improved dramatically.

work hard It had a good work environment . Co-workers the best i have ever worked with . proud to have that part in my life experience.

the last 4 yrs have been made easy with a great crew to live & work with. great opportunity to learn new skills & gain more tickets
