TeleChoice needed some young students who can get tasks done fast to help out with transferring customers details over to a new database system. A day at work included sitting at the desk rewriting entry data and calling/answering customers phone calls. Everyone who i worked with were around my age and had the opportunity to meet new people. The hardest part was that the job was very repetitive. But i enjoyed most parts of it.

It was great working with Telechoice that not only gave me the opportunity to expand my corporate knowledge in Telco but also gave me a great experience in the Utility and Finance industries. I am very thankful to my CEOs and CFO for teaching me a great deal about business practices.

I was just a sales rep so my daily duty would just be doing mobile phone contracts. It was a bit difficult for me here because I didn't have much information on the product as I was new to this field. They never treated us as a staff but instead as colleague so the work environment wasn't stressful. The only hard part would be dealing with difficult customers.

I have learned to do bookkeeping, bank  reconciliation, PAYG, BAS preparation and so on
workplace culture is very busy and serious.
all good it is not a hard job.  the most enjoyable of the job is that i can do accounting job and communicate with customers.

The most enjoyable part of the job is customer service reaching the needs of customer, also identifying matters that which may help solve.

There were areas that TeleChoice could have done a little smarter; but there was never any malice in any wrongdoings The staff were always treated well..
