Concerning my experience working for Techforce Personnel, they are indeed a great company to work for.
 
They are highly organised and do look after you very well, and they keep you informed, and they look after your food, accommodation, meals, and they do reimburse you for any excess baggage that you have been charged for while performing FIFO work.

The only improvement that could be made, is that if they had more continuous projects which would be more permanent and secure.

I have been employed with techforce personnel for quiet some time (1 1/2 to 2 years) and have found them very curtiuos and polite but very professional in a very compedative industry, i am very pleased with there performance to date in aquiring me employment and hope for a continuing success.

I find it so hard to get back into the fifo positions,as I have my verification of my tickets as a rigger,dogman,EWP work at hights, and blue card so how an why can't tecforce get me into a job on a construction site anywhere in W,A as I've worked up at Newman before couple years ago,so why is it so hard for me to get back in to the work force I would love to know why,because I've had my tickets for 20 years now believe or not its true,I find it offensive to why I can't get work off this company, please someone let me know why,lol

My days/ nights consist of driving a 60 meter quade road train from mine site to the ports at Port Hedland, it's an enjoyable job. 

I think tech force is a good company to work with other than the ingrained attitude that some employers we get placed with that because we are labour hire we don't really matter.

Tech force pay on time 85% of the time , when it's late they blame the banks 🫤 .

But in general I find them helpful and supportive and  good to work with 😊

Very professional and pay well

Nothing comes to mind, apart from the usual daily allocation of next days work.

Excellent, they are supportive of their employees, relaxed atmosphere.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The day consists of turning up and putting a day's work ?

Not the best not the worst company I have worked for. No increase in salary in 2 years other than client based retention payments. recently joins up with another company which I don’t feel was an improvement. Used to pay super on all hours , that has now been cut to 38 hrs per week. Overall a good starter company to get into mining.

Strong with safety and culture.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Poor management and experiences.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fair enough to make safety decisions.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Steadily working with many tools and noise levels in camp project.

I would never would for this company again, all adverts claim excellent work life balance which couldn’t be further from the truth.
My whole experience was full of lies and empty promises, a truly horrendous experience that couldn’t end fast enough.

This expanding office and business was fast paced but friendly and had a great team ethic with plenty of on job training and help. I was able to float between different roles, constantly expanding my experience and knowledge of the recruitment and resume writing company.

Don't waste your time. 
Techforce do not care about their employees, you are just a number. 
They are only in the game to make money and will use and abuse anyone and everyone to get ahead. 
Find a reputable recruitment company and sign up with them instead.
