Pleasant people to work with. 
Other than the collection and dispersing of mail and the banking my day was never the same as the day before which made my job quite interesting.
I enjoyed the interaction with other employees, customers and suppliers which made the job interesting as it was varied.  Being part of a team enabled me to expand my knowledge of the business so I could pass this on to others.  
Working in a 'tight environment' meant that when the atmosphere was slightly tense I believe that my maturity helped me not take it too personally and to not react as negatively as the people around me.  I learnt to concentrate on the job at hand.

Various places at job in East area white many loads of asfalt and aggregate..

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Like delivery driver when you receive incorrect address or partial correct address to do delivery at the exactly point of the customer white a hgv..

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Driving safely and green, acceleration it is progressive and keep down the speed pollution is down too

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start work with check the vehicle around two times to complete every point of check start and body preparation before the loading black, mirror clean, complete wash liquid weed screen..

Great work mates  that helps everyone to find better solutions to do the job safely  get work done on time.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The boss and supervisor always hovering around to see you don't make mistakes.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great because everyone that includes the forklift driver's help with the jobs.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The first thing in the morning you stood around to find out what you were doing for the day.

A company wich is working just thinking on profits, considering their employees just numbers.
As a driver, you can work just temporary, no contract is being made. 
They use you in the peak times, then you are "disposable "
If you want a career, the possibility to grow, stability, it's not the place.
Fork lift drivers minimums wedges as well in a multimillion industry. 

No support from Management or HR really stressful place to work.  Look very closely at the Terms & Conditions you agree to before accepting any role.  There is a very apt acronym for the company

when plant up and running drive the shovel topping up bin with material. when not running ppms ,repairs to plant,also work on jcb 426 hyster 9 tonn clamp cat 25 forklift and linde 8 tonn clamp truck

found this job great very busy lots of heavy lifting and fast paced work environment. would have still been there but I hurt my shoulder and was unable to do my work

Great place to work and people there are great to work with. 
Management is good easy to get along with. 
Good hours and plenty of overtime 
Close to the city.

Good company that gave me opportunities to progress. Options to do apprenticeship, learn new tasks and skills. Learnt how to operate a forklift, run machines to dress timber.

easy going place to work with plenty of support from the contract managers.lot of paperwork but this is standard stuff these days
