Every day was spent taking hundreds of calls and typing messages to our clients as dictated by the caller and sent to the client via SMS. My computer skills and time management skill levels went up in my time at Teletech due to the pressure we were under to keep our KPI's at an acceptable level. I maintained a healthy relationship with my co-workers during my time there and as a group we learned a lot about each other personally. The hardest part of the job was keeping my call time down as a lot of the time the caller would be unsure of what message they wanted to send. 
The most enjoyable part of the job was setting up an account for a new client because the enthusiasm both the caller and myself as the representative shared in building a business to customer rapport gave me satisfaction in knowing I have not only assisted a member of the public but the company I worked for aswell.

What is the best part of working at the company?
no best part, they promise the moon but in reality you get nothing.   They try to run the business here in Australia as if you are in the Philippines (different countries, different laws) would i work for them again?  No, stay away 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
always on your back, don't do as they really want, your gone


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
the people i worked with were great, but over a 12 month period out of 22 of us that started, only 3 of us were left

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
answering phones and helping customers out

Working in TeleTech is a good experience, they will train you well, I learn lots of things with them. The trainer was very nice but TL is not, the Tl assign to me doesn't care if your sick, he doesn't even file the medical certificate you send to him. They should take care of their employees most especially if their sick not only the account coz without employee the account will not be successful.

TELETECH, I would say one of the best places I have ever worked. Great staff, great training, regular pay rise and very fun place to work. There were always a room for growth. Transparency in the company's management.
Pleasant staff, TELETECH was a place that was kind of a second home to me. I loved doing my job , lots of overtime and great pay.

This job was fantastic.  It gave me a chance to problem solve and find workable solutions for both the customer and the company.  A typical day included going through the previous days mobile sales and finding customers who for one reason or another, were ineligible for a mobile contract.

Teletech is a global BPO. I handle an account called Telstra which is the main telecom service provider in Australia. My usual day will be assisting agents in their calls. I handle escalated calls. Teamwork is a company value so everyone participates and understand their responsibility. Company offers a lot of activities for well-being as well as corporate events.

Dealing with customer escalations as well as investigating TIO complaints was a major part of my job. Engaging with customers to fix their issues owing to incorrect diagnosis and poor communication was the hardest part of the job as it required gaining customer's confidence to get past the negativity.

Salary is too low for the budget and they maximized your capacity and adding too much to your work load, but not increasing the salary. Also for promotion there are politics going on in their system. I have proven myself but my Supervisor promoted the new comer instead of me.

Normal days, working for Telstra is just an easy and enjoyable work. Management is good, and i realized helping people over the phone is a good job for a living. Hardest part is when the line is static due to some technicality. Nevertheless, I enjoy the work place and the people around it
