Tru blue is one of the worst places to work most of the employees are from over seas and no idea of there rights at work. I spoke to a full time employee about PPE and was told you have to supply your own boots and pants also work a eight hours shift with only a half hour break.The management except people to split there break into two fifteen minutes blocks.My experience disgusting

Sales were made once you create a good rapport with customers. Getting out and about was great. Company car offered was very good. Working hours were late most days but only because of distance due to traffic hold ups.

Tru Blu was a great place to work at for me. The hours were great, the pay was reasonable and the staff made it a very enjoyable workplace. However job security isn't that great because this type of business is in it's prime time during summer, so there is usually a lot of staff being let go in the colder months.

Budgets that can’t be met. Told to lie to customers for sale. You have no voice. Berated 
for making a mistake. Never acknowledged 
if you are doing well. This company has no
morals and are greedy. All about money and
not the people.

Casual roster is not reliable, under paid.
You get called in with very little notice and you make family plans (on a Saturday night) without informing them, or if you can't come to work if you get called in with under an hours notice they sit your shifts back next to none

Broken promises of ongoing work and moved around on different drink lines. Management is ok. But almost near impossible to obtain full time work. Pay rate is minimum wage

Company with potential however not open to modern logistics practises. Expected Salary staff to do 80 hour weeks as normal and different departments disregarded impacts there practises and actions had on each other

Had major growth within the business. Started off as a data entry clerk, took it upon myself to learn operations and became a quality assurance manager as well as a microbiologist for the company.
