Worst management ever, family member is the HR so employees request are straight rejected. No salary raise last couple of years for making profits from overly priced vans. 0 growth 

I don't feel like just another number, I really enjoy learning to build motorhomes and campervans.
TRAKKA has provided lots of variety and opportunities to try and learn new areas/skills.

A good place to work great supportive team envrironment overall had a good experience there always able to keep productive in your day to day and opportunity for the right person to progress 

Basically hire young trainees to attempt tradesmen quality which fails
No support for quality control or qualified trades
Toxic environment
Over the moon when I left quit
All this for an overly priced vans.
