TIC GROUP

My day would commence at 6:30am, I would prepare the daily toolbox meeting minutes. I would then check the NetSuite WMS for any dispatch orders or incoming goods, these would be presented to the team and form part of their daily duties.
A large portion of my role was data entry as I was required to monitor Labour Hours, Rental space utilised and any out of scope work.
Management interaction occurred frequently each day with numerous emails and phone call between the DC Manager and myself.
Over the 6 years I was employed by TIC Group I developed excellent relationships across the business from floor level through to Senior Management.
The hardest part of the role was being at the mercy of external forces e.g. transport companies. The reliance on them to deliver stock on time, this was a crucial part of the departments customer service and satisfaction.
The most enjoyable part of the job was that we all knew that if we worked as a team the job would be performed to levels exceeding expectation.

Most of the time was stressful for me, I wish I just had followed my instincts the less you know the better. Lols!

The more you you do the more it sucks the life out of you.

Being the only female driver at the time felt abit of weight on my shoulders.

Good experience though which has lead me to do LO work, and who knows what other licences I would want to do, but all in my time.

It always my pleasure to work with different people not only the same culture but different culture too. I also learns a lot from co-worker that had more experience then me. the most enjoyable time at work its when we help each other to make up an order to be pick up in time.

My experience at TIC was awesome, There was no shortage of work and tasks to complete, the team bonded well together. The management were always willing to assist where possible. The culture was fun, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with TIC.

we work six days of the week,we picking orders by using the scanner,picking and packing products, were happy work together join together helping each other..i learn more experience from there....

Absolutely wonderful place to work,  family atmosphere with a fair management, and the chance to progress . I would recommend working at the Tic group to anyone

Everyone's so friendly and it's like a second family there we you get to knows the full time worker. But you need to do the scanning qty in a day. Will have overtime when busy period

according to me this place was really interesting as in this we were having a lot of different activities which was very motivating and not boring . it was really fun

Very bad experience with TIC, rude, racist, racist very unprofessional I encourage any business looking to work with TIC to avoid them like the plague.
