I could go on and on about my negative experiences with TES. 
However I will only talk about the biggest issues that plague this workplace. 

The biggest issue with this company is MANAGEMENT. Their management styles are so unprofessional and counter productive. The company really need to train their management team to be more productive and assertive. 

The WAGES are a huge problem! There is no system or hierarchy that determines your pay. The company doesn't even identify your job position because it is not 'essential'. An example would be; a forklift driver isn't identified as a forklift driver, they are put under the same category as a normal warehouse worker. There is zero growth or any other pay brackets that you can work towards.The pay does not reflect the workload. Experience and hard work never justifies a pay rise unfortunately.  (PAY IS MINIMUM WAGE)

The tea room or break room is absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. There were bugs in the fridge at one point, and the microwaves are rarely cleaned. This is not a place where employees should sit down and eat their food

Unfortunatley there isn't a positive i can think of that outshines all the negativity that radiates throughout the workplace. I do not recommend TES-AMM.

Working at TES-Amm isn’t too bad but the pay isn’t very good. I can barely afford to pay for my car and food as well as travel expenses as I study as well. All of these together it barely leaves me enough to hang out with friends. Pay rises will never happen as I’ve talked to people who’ve worked there for 5 and 6 years who still get the same pay as everyone else. They also don’t pay you the forklift fee as they don’t believe in it. They force you to take holiday leave even if you want to take a day off without pay, if you have 5 hours or 50 hours of holiday pay they force you to use it before taking leave without pay.

It was a great place to work with a great culture. Unfortunately career progression is limited but is a great place to build your skillset and foundation. work life balace is dependant on your department, if accounting/finance be prepared to put in long hours. Staff is all quite friendly and will help each other. everyone works hard unfortunately there is limited human resources so everyone is working around the clock and so it is a high pressured eviroment to get things done.

This company would have to be the worst i've seen in a long time, the pay rates don't justify the work amount and the constant reminder of your numbers are low when your working hard and the no thank you or good work team comments, management is a lost cause they dont take anything serious, takes them ages to check police checks had on numerous times where there was people who had jail time that was allowed to work while the police check was checked, this place is a joke if you want to be treated like garbage and borderline legal pay rates apply here

The pay is so bad and no career progression everyone gets the same rate, no weekend or public holiday rates as the site is closed on those days. Full timers get paid $22 an hour and casuals get paid $27 an hour. It’s not a hard job and the people there are decent but however it’s not worth it there are a lot of jobs that pay more for the effort as this job requires you be active and on your feet the entire shift. Causal work is inconsistent as well.

Tess-Amm will advertise that they need people for IT related work. But when you get the offer letters it will be Warehouse operate. staffs are friendly and good working environment. Management also supportive. But the salary is very low for this kind of jobs. depend on the job, some job sections are ok, some of them are really really hard. 

-Poor management.
-Low hour rates.
-Treat workers like slaves.
-Stupid pay rates (they don't care about experience, someone starts recently can get more money then old workers).
-No Classifications (has different departments however everybody is consider as "Warehouse Operator" with different pay rates.
-Unrealistic work loads & processing times.
-Dirty work environment.
-Dirty dining area (insects)
-No training
-No work procedure

Good place for fresh grads not for long term job. Management never bother replying emails they only contact you when they want your help.. Inconsistent casual hours between 1-3hours a week. They sent you for project over 50km never pay for travel allowance. Always last minutes work assignment  notifications.

Definitely not a place to work for years. Repetive tasks, no possibilities to grow in the company and really bad wages. As I said in my review summary, it's a place to work only while you're looking for something better, with better wages (not that hard to find) 

Work was easy simple labour, however, management is incompetent and laid off employees a couple of weeks into working. There was no notice at all, which made it even worse. Bad company to work for, they think of you as disposable.
