Overall it was a ok place to work though for months I was treated badly by assistant manager. 
My hours kept getting cut back  roster for ever changing.  And then they leave you running whole front on your own. You find out of date stock by 2weeks over. Only to be told they don't have time for groceries.  They also get worker to put old stock (meat ) onto shelves.

Overall good place to work I was there years ago money is nothing to ride home about but plenty of work early finishes not sure if it's still the same good place to learn butchering and how to bone. In 2014 were boning 6 body's 5 pigs and breaking 50 lambs a day after cutting window between 4-5 butcher's 

As an inexperience worker in the butcher industry Tasman meats gave me on the job training and I have used that training in other types of work i have done

Very productive work place always had a laugh and good hours always busy and enjoy  learning new things. I loaded trucks /unloaded as well im a hard worker and dont rush thing  i like to get hands on  and keep busy

It's been many years since I worked for Tasman meats but I loved my time there. It had a variety of roles and challenges and I loved the interaction with customers. 

Tasman meats is worst place to work they will call you to come work only for 4 hours, their buthers got bad attitude, they treat you like s**t, specially at Melton store. I would not recommend anybody working at tasman.

Manager very controlling. Nthere is no break only a half hour break that is deducted from you. Manager is always watching over you. Your roster changes every week os you can t plan  anything. 

Unfortunately this business went into receivership

it is a fantastic workplace and good working conditions. They provide better pay rate. On every friday, we do BBQ enjoyment. By working 
at Tasaman meats, I learn management skills and how to do work in busy timing

It is a great and fun place to work and the worker are very helpful, supportive and friendly staff are always welcome to help with what you need and customers service can be improved and good place to at
