Management made it seem that there was opportunity for all employees that they hire at this company. However, management highly miscommunicates the working conditions within this company.

If you don't follow there strick "working culture" these promised opportunities dissapear rapidly while stress and bias excuses made by management "forces" them to terminate your contract. 

Don't go to this company if you need a secure job.

I've found it to be a great career chance for me.

I've met and become friends with some great people.
I've found it to be very rewarding working here.


Very long hours (Monday - Saturday), a lot of travel required (most of which not paid pack in pay checks). Consistently turning over staff due to the high-pressure, long hours and clique-like workplace. Was enjoyable to work at though.

Absolutely poor work environment. So many come and go because it’s all about numbers and not looking after employees. When you employ people you train them to do the work and take care of them at the same time 

Worked here for a short period of time while in between jobs. Loved the high energy office and made some great friends. Loved to take advantage of the opportunity for bonuses. 

While working at TAO, they definitely made me feel part of the family.
Loved the group activities that where arranged for out of hours team bonding like bowling and a day at the races.

Great atmosphere, loved working with the team great opportunity for progression. 
Actually enjoyed waking up and going to work. Only left to follow my uni qualification.

It’s a great place with great people and great opportunity. Great promotion structure and progression for company. Very professional and great money to be earned.
