My typical day at work was to organise bags for the product on each run for the whole day.  We had 3 runs which had codes and a production sheet which I would count bags and do up codes for each of them.

I learnt to be fast and efficient.  To manage my time to the number of pigs per hour.  How to use different machinery (cryvacs, print terms, bag stamper, weight scales, automatic bagger.  Also to work as a team at a fast pace.  Learn codes and products off by heart.  Organise some log paper work for machines that were used.

Management always listened to any concerns or enquires that we had, and any ideas we had to make our work place easier to work in.

I enjoyed working with most of my co - workers.  I am a person that thinks that everyone should work together and do as much work as anyone.  

The hardest part of the job is training in the busiest time or short days as some areas of the work place you need to know the product and how many pieces go in to a bag and teach them to keep in time with the chain.

I enjoyed working constantly.  I love being busy.

Do not work for this company, they are slave drivers and the manager are big you know what  , worst company I have ever worked for ,there is so many cammeras , they sit the whole day watching every move you make, you can't even scratch something .They let me come all the way and paid my own movers ,and don't care if they let you go .Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Empty promises, long hours, poor wages. You would be hailed as a hero when you apply basic ethics of good practice, not long after you`ll begin to realise that no ethics or morals exist and that good practice is a term in the dictionary.

typical day is long but rewarding. given plenty of opportunity to grow with a friendly reliable team. the most enjoyable thing is finding new ways to help, maintain and improve quality.

yeah i don't really want to write a review so ill not but a jobs a job, you can deal with it or not its all on the individual.. people have quit after 30 mins, i've been there almost a year...

Didnt work there long enough to notice anything i liked or had interests in. Other than that the workplace was respectfull and i had no worries working with the company

Worked there for 10+ years, there was always work but the most consistent thing about the place was constant breakdowns, stuff ups and staff coming and going which made it a hard place to work.

Be yourself, be honest and respectful. Bring the required paperwork. It is hard work but constant. We don't get enough hours or to many because people keep taking days off.

not bad to work at and quite good rates just not a very good environment to be in all the time, because of what tasks you were inclined to do
