What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part is their training is superb. The trainers are sooo... Good! The company provides best job experience from the training, to the operation floor and to the floor walkers & to the supervisors are very helpful and cooperative. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The stressful is my shift hours-graveyard shift is very stressing. Another is the week day schedule day -OFF always on. Weekdays

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's a  very friendly place  and the security guards ,as well as the Bosses(managers) are very accomodating. The foods at the pantry -are all yummy, very tasty and delicious. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I like the day before my day-off,  because my friends and co-workers  enjoyed the drinks and meal at the camp Hut,  a near-by restaurant and a karaoke bar

The work environment is not that bad because the co-workers are nice but the amount of supervision is suffocating. There isn't a lot of consistency with the rules and some of the rules don't make sense because of the kind of environment it is. I feel like the job itself isn't that bad, it's just the extra unnecessary stuff they add to it that frustrates a lot of people. Plus, selling DirecTV.... never want to do that again.

As long as you don't mind working in a Call Centre environment, this would be a great place to work, fair pay, possibility of great commissions and bonuses, and many programs running that you can transfer to

It was good working with Sutherland global services. 
Management was very good and environment as well. 
However, there was no job security. I don't know about other processes but our process was not for long time.

My typical day at work is full of inspiration. I have learned on how to deal with different types of people. The management is great and approachable.

Overall good company,some process are good but some are worst.Morning, evening and afternoon are good.Us mortgage and UK insurance claims process had value.

Good place to work with friendly environment. Very sportive managers and friendly. Encouragement from managers is always on top. Time to Time recognition, rewards and awards. Loved work with Sutherland.
