Was meant to be a HR driving job yet it was labour work nearly all day (lifting, pulling etc physical work at an expected pace). Job description not accurate to actual role.

Chucked into big and important roles with high level responsibility with microscopic training and zero cohesion of scope of role.

Too many politics and social dramas with fellow employees that were unrelated to work and unnecessary.

Zero training yet expected to perform, despite zero training…

Lack of enthusiasm and management direction or leadership

Low moral and job progression low 
Expectations of a future employment low

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Boring just tick the boxes and go home management quick to criticise but shows no direction

What is the best part of working at the company?
The mate ship amongst the drivers and some of the staff . 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Getting out late waiting for the truck to get loaded. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I made the time there fun and making people laugh which in turn made the place less streetwise. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Clearly no longer there but when things went well it was cruisey.

abused and threatened by staff. no additional breaks after commencing overtime, asking you to go back to work during your break expected -0 freezer work with no freezer allowance and no appropriate uniforms for freezer work. warehouse was over packed and dangerous which caused slow production all blamed on the picker. so much double handling. dont work here.

Doing delivery of food to customers.Knew what I had to do,but
Always want it done yesterday.Times were good/early start/finish..Bosses always wanted u to be in 2 places at once.The management will sack you at drop of a hat.Working by yrself was good.

Would only recommend working here if you like to be overworked and WELL under paid for the work you have to do 
poor management 
Old dangerous equipment 
Will not spend money to make money it’s all about how much they can put in their pockets 

Just go in do your job and you will be fine. That is the culture there. Don't talk to much just knuckle down and get your job done. You talk to much and muck around to much you get noticed for all the wrong reasons.

Working in office environment stressful and uninviting, clicky management  and no growth propects. Working hours ridiculous and hourly rate. Happier environment  could have improved moral and work ethic

Friendly staff. Safety is number one. Freezer and cold-climate. PPE. Forklift work. Pick/packing work. . Fast paced. Deadlines and objectives.  Problem-solving and troubleshooting. Working as a team.

Bad place to work.
Managers are really bad,most not qualified to do there jobs.
People culture is pathetic.
The warehouse is pathetic.
Working there is a nightmare,stuff never last more than a year maximum.
