A typical day was around 5 hours work with friendly staff in a positive environment.
It was the healthy push I needed to become faster and better at working with good management.
The co workers felt like best friends on long shifts and together we got through what we needed to on time and we felt amazing because of it.
the hardest part of the job was having to learn everything and where all the items were in the store when i started working there.
the best part about the job was after working a hard shift going on break and feeling like you have actually done a good job, that you have a second to think and plan out the second half and relax for a moment.

Would not say I had a great experience, but a learning one. Nightfill captain holds no responsibility, fellow employees good to work with. Poor management as they always try to reduce costs by understaffing each shift which leads to them calling you to ask if you can work. Mainly hires young people due to the lower wage they can pay to cut costs. Pay is average but still lower than other supermarket chains by a small margin. Should be trying to improve quality, not profits. 

stocking shelves and trollies was the most fun thing i could ever get to do as well as serving customers in the isles because i found the most easiest thing to do ever because the front counter took to long for me to work at and i also did not get a chance to properly handle the front counter as well as so many complains from everyone which annoyed me a lot due to which i got removed from there by the most annoying Est manager of all

No support or recognition from my Store Manager or senior Management. Just care about themselves. No training provided and expect it to be done right the first time. Constantly getting yelled at which isn't good for your stress levels



The management is friendly and understanding, and very willing to help. The most enjoyable part of my job is interacting with the community. I have learned to deal with difficult customers in a friendly manor, and how to handle cash and use a cash register.

Racist employees are rarely dealt with. One spoke ill of refugees and "the blacks" in front of customers and nothing was done about it.
A lot of favourism with previous management. Current management seems like they dont care. Customers are rude as.

A typical day at work is usually pretty busy, I'm pretty much always on the fast lines, which is good. I love to speak to all my customers, and be friendly towards my staff.

Supabarn is a great job, however the shifts offered at the front end may not be sufficient unless you are under a full time contract. My manager is great and very understanding and overall all the staff is really great.

Good culture, environment, different variety to other chain supermarkets. Management was openly communicated and fair. Fast paced with a variety of daily tasks that ranged between departments.

No proper training given , someone would show you quickly then off you go .Management will not approach you but go through other people .
