Avoid working at this organisation. The lack of real values from top management creates a toxic environment, where employees work in silos without any information from the top and where nepotism is at the heart of the selection process. In front of your eyes, mediocre lazy employees will be promoted because they are friends with management without an open and fair recruitment and selection process. Real effective work is not valued and merits are not taken into account to reward valuable employees.
Staff are overworked and paid very low, so they is high staff turnover, creating demoralising environment and low employee morale.
The CEO is abusive and a bully and gets rid of valuable GMs that challenge the status quo because it'd benefit the clients.
Awful workplace - there's a lot of secrecy and staff are scared.

This not for profit company are All about profit! The employees are not paid the allowances they should be under the Schads award. 
Employees are treated like numbers and the H.R staff would have to be the Rudest people i've encountered in a long time. The H.R manager needs to be put out to pasture - very long in the tooth and seems to forget that the CSW's are the ones responsible for her having a job.

Management very approachable, open to idea's and very good with clients and staff.

Training opportunities and are always on hand to support staff when needed. 

No abuse tolerated by anyone and will be dismissed on the spot a fair investigation process has been conducted.

Very happy place to work. Culture is amazing and clients are put at the Centre of all they do!


The clients are lovely but the manager is not so much. Personally I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone to be honest. If you really need a job that’s fine until you find something else, otherwise I’d avoid the place like the plague. Looking for another job and as soon as I find something I’ll quit 

Assisting people who require support to complete a normal day in their life. Assisting people to work towards reaching their goals or aspirations through active support and teaching them independent living skills in achievable steps.

I believe Sunnyfield is a good workplace to learn and improve while learning doesn’t cost you at all. Sunnyfield always has open doors for who is willing to assist people with Disabilities. It gives you a chance to share your  kindness with the clients.

Sunnyfield is an amazing organisation to work for. Great support for staff, great opportunities for career progression and a very positive and rewarding place to work. Management were amazing & the team were great to work with. 

Team leader needs to learn how to take new suggestions on board. Hours only get given to people that are friends with the team leader. Team leader needs to learn how to listen to everybody not just one person only listening to what they what and adding stuff in to tell the TL.

Got to know the different clients, work culture and people. A day start with helping clients with their PC, medication to day out in the community, participation in different activities or relaxing at home
