Great returning local clientele.  This makes a good busy workplace. To much fun to ever be board at work. Need more hrs in a day.  My favorite workplace. I grew and became a confident employee in all hair design and services. 

Absolutely horrible company, I would not recommend anyone to work here, they treat staff terribly, overwork them and underpay them. They bully you and make you feel trapped and horrible I have never been with the company that Is so obsessed with making money. It makes sense though considering they are a dying company since Stefan left and they’re  losing more and more staff and shutting more and more stores due to the horrible service and absolute horrendous miss treatment of staff. All they care about is scraping as much money from the customers as possible they force you to do treatments on the customers that do not work to gain more money out of them they make you push to sell products to customers that they do not need and you are heavily disciplined if you do not

What is the best part of working at the company?
Worst company you could possibly work for, do not apply here. Old outdated minimal trinaing, major bullying culture and horrible owners.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
them expecting you to work on your days off with half a days notice, and bullying and micromanaging to sell sell sell

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
horrible, they dont care about you what so ever, your anothe rnumber to them 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
focusing more on selling products than actual hairdressing

Such an amazing company to work for.  Stefan really care about their employees and go above and beyond for them.  My journey with Stefan started as an apprentice and then I moved into a Senior Stylist then I was selected to be a member of the 'Creative Styling Team' - everyone's dream!! I am so grateful to Stefan for everything he has done for me

It's been an amazing journey with Stefan. Thank you for the laughs, the fun times, the training and of course my wonderful team! Having started with the company from only 17 years old and now being 25, I can't believe how much I have learnt and grown in this time. I feel like I have so much wisdom and knowledge about not only hair but people and life skills. Stefan, your training is the best!

I have been part of the Stefan Family for 2 years. I felt immediately welcomed and included by my awesome manager and amazing team of Superstars!  I have received lots of training from amazing educators and have learned so much! I have also been fortunate enough to join the Stefan education team to share this knowledge.

This is a company who are Generous, Inclusive and Fun with Amazing People and family vibe.

Very fast paced when it comes to training which can be a good thing but the downside is that you are expected to perform these services without enough training to back that up. You definitely do feel part of a team when working at Stefan but head office is extremely demanding when it comes to making you work extra hours and getting you to stay later after a shift. Head office will also call you on your day off and ask you to come into work extra hours.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing. Nothing is good about feeling worthless working here

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing was good enough made to feel humiliated

Need to be blonde only blonde employees 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy….. very stressful sell products

Didn't enjoy working with this company, found it to be unfair in some areas. Working this job taught me how to be confident and comfortable around customers and boost my confidence very high. Hardest part of the job was to be pushed into things that you weren't comfortable doing. Most enjoyable part of the job was making the customers happy and leaving content.

As a senior Hairdresser at Stefan Hair Fashions I learned so much. I did my apprenticeship through Stefan & Tafe Queensland. There is always room to grow within the company. There is also goals that make you motivated to be the best hairdresser you can be. If you are thinking about applying I would reconmened you do.
