The manager was doing wrong and I genuinely thought it was a genuine mistake, therefore I enquired it and she did  not liked it. I was confronted and told that no one previously has questioned her and proceeded as was told and why I was questioning her about it instead of just doing it as she ordered me to do it. I said no worries but I thought we were making a mistake. I completed the task as per her instructions and the next day she gave three or four clients to manage in half an hour time slot and I nicely told her that I wont be able to manage it she said don't worry I will fixed for you and I was terminated by 3 pm on the same day for unsatisfactory reason. I was in a total shock and could not say a word.

Small company in the employment services industry that need to review their processes and support functions in line with other providers.
Management support is inconsistent and near bullying at times.
Salary and benefits not in line with other providers.
Staffing is a major issue. Sites are rarely even close to fully staffed which causes additional stress and poor workplace culture. 

i was hired with a different manager he was supportive and encouraging than unfortunately he was let go. a new one came in and was a micro manager did nothing but count the money while i took care of the high caseload. Staff were amazing though they help you get through the day. KPIS unrealistic. HR and RM were helpful though. 

Great workplace and very supportive management. 
Much appreciation to the WA Regional Manager, North Area Manager and Midland Site Manager. The workplace culture is great. Training is provided to all staff regularly. 

All they care about is the numbers that they make with the government.. nope ppl...
They are the worst to work for and have no idea at all what they are doing... STAY AWAY FROM THEM

The staff are great, but I felt that their management style is very old fashioned.  
They mirco manage their staff and there's a lack of career progression. I would recommend that they invest in a proper HRIS software and LMS to keep up with the current technology. 

Great and supportive work mates. Management is micro managed and high case load . Training is only 2 weeks and they throw you in the deep end . High expectations with low pay 

The worst career decision I have ever made. They promised the world, they treated you like an animal in the Zoo. Unrealistic KPI's for staff to achieve and senior management didn't care less.

Lots of unrealistic expectations from the staff to meet KPI's and reach targets. Lots of pressure from the management but not enough time to get admin done.

Management does not care about the wellbeing of their staff or clients as long as they maintain their quota so that they can retain their government funding.
