A brilliant example of technical excellence with just the right amount of fun to make it an exciting place to work. The team keep giving and they have a motto 'never burn a show' that means no dead air and no blue screen of death. Everything else is playing with high tech gear and extracting the emotional element from your event or your production. 
The procurement team are no different and they add value by providing goods and services that are timely and fit for purpose adding value to the supply chain.

I worked for staging connections more than 6 years, the work was good and good people, I had a good amount of time off at Christmas and was able to get things done, it was all good at staging connections, more fun than the high stress and danger as a B Double driver I am now, I am getting double the pay now and double the stress and double the danger and am working double the hours 

I learnt and developed a great deal with Staging Connections, however was left quite disappointed at a surprise redundancy upon returning from leave despite being assured prior to leave that department was not going to be made redundant. Also very disappointed that despite twelve months of training, never received confirmation of qualification.

This company can be good or bad to work within depending on whom you ask. 

For those who are able to make become friends with the management you have great opportunity. This is not a company that rewards based on hard work, I rewards based on internal relationships. 

This can make the hard working staff leave as they see people who work less and do an inferior job be rewarded.

While at this company full time I witnessed numerous accidents swept away by their venues which should have been reported. I experienced and witnessed a workplace bullying culture and long hours. I could never recommend working in AV or at this company though there are worse places to work.

A great place to work full of opportunities as long as you work hard. 
A place where you can use the skills that you have and learn new ones. 
A place where working with other people enable you to learn more.

I really enjoyed working for the company, you were always busy and never a quiet moment which made day go quicker. I did struggle operating forklift and sometimes hard to find someone when I needed help but I got the job done.

This place was pretty great. Biggest downside is an industry issue in that work quietens down come December and theres no work for a few months. Other than that, great people.

Kind wish it was stable enough for me to go back

This place although interesting has a toxic environment and the work life balance is absolutely awful. I and have been treated like trash by upper management and nothing seems to change.

If your manager likes you, you get shifts.
If your manager doesnt like you, you get close to nothing. 
Its relevant to popularity, not job experience.
