amazing company to work for, supportive management team and owners. Flexible work arrangements, family friendly and supportive of all educators who have families. In house training all paid for by the company. Many opportunities for professional growth. staff rewards and benefits, including team bonding days, educator of the month rewards, bonuses and promotions.  great wage opportunities. workplace culture is pleaeant and the employees are given opportunity to collaborate ideas and views within the company.

Most of the girls i worked with got shipped off to a new centre or let go after traineeship was over. They made me and my co workers pay for materials ourselves and rarely got paid back, they even ship you off to any other their centres with no warning, once got told to go to another centre for months on end (bc that centres staff all left). They also are horrible when it comes to personal situations, during Covid it was awful. 

Since commencing employment with the company, I have learnt many things, and as a result I have grown in capacity to work and undertake all new tasks as they are assigned. 
The most enjoyable part of my job is the companionship between my fellow colleagues, whilst maintaining professionalism in the workplace. 
It is a fun, energetic and growing environment with a lot of career opportunities and progression.

The other staff barely talked to me because I'm just a casual, i felt very isolated. Some rude children had no manners, threw toys everywhere and even food at like walls, 5 year old number 1 and 2 on the floor because they thought it was funny (they know how to use to toilet but would rather 2 on the floor).
It was just very messy and i only stayed because the pay was decent

Excellent growth and career opportunity. I entered the company starting at a basic position and I have been promoted which has given me the opportunity to learn new and exciting things. Sometimes it was stressful and fast-paced, but management made my life easy and provided assisted with whatever I needed.

I have been working with St.George Montessori since I was a trainee and now I am a director for one of their centres. The company has guided and supported me throughout my entire early childhood career and I cannot be more thankful for all the training and workshops provided that got me where I am today. There is so much opportunity for growth within this company. They take early childhood education very seriously are extremely supportive of their staff, providing lots of professional development opportunities.

Plenty of internal training offered, which will allow any educator to grow!

I was constantly moved between centres. I didn’t know what I was doing from one day to the next. 

My director was always working in the rooms and not in office. No casuals.

The other staff were lovely. The families as well. And the children were beautiful.
