I like work there. My supervisor is a very good person, and working as cleaner I can improve my attention to details and work quickly. I usually work alone but my supervisor sometimes promove events where we can know other co-workers and have a fun. The hardest part of the job sometimes there are a lot of rubbish and few time to clean, but I always do my job in the best way and I can clean all destined area for me. The most enjoyable part of the job is I can work with people of other countries and know about other cultures. But I want to work as Geophysicist and work there is a temporary job.

Could of been a great place to work if there was more communicating between everyone. Never knew what was going on. And when I wanted to take time off when my son was born I was told I was going to be able to  but then they got mad a me when I asked for some time off because my partner had post natal depression.. wasn't happy about that so I handed in my resignation. Think it would of been better if it was run by some better people. I also think they should of drug tested everyone because there was definitely a few people there on something.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Everyone like the money,  the uniform must be comfitable

Progress needs tobe able to have moving up into manganment levels for staff so it can motivate them...

Awesome, fun, happy Safe environment

Busy every day had variety of jobs tobe done

Best company I've worked for, great bosses stc great pay great hours holiday pay award rate, I work night shift so the pays better and the hours mean I still have my own personal time to do my own stuff as I only work 19.5 hours per week, been there for about 5 months now really enjoy doing my job, work 4 days aweek mainly afternoons/ night expect Monday 7.5 hours on Monday, people always say how well I clean and how the bathrooms are the cleanest public toilets they have ever seen get good feed back all the time these days

I rather enjoyed working with this company though there is always room for improvement in the company and in yourself. But the staff are amazing and dealing with so much public area is challenging but rewarding experience.  My highlight was our team receiving an award-winning first prize for cleanest cob is shopping facilities.

I would NEVER worked for this company again. They don't care about there staff, especially where I worked FL, they employed people who are useless and slow I had to follow them around and clean up after them. They don't pay you correctly, and the supervisor is a lazy useless person, they get rid of you If you question them. DON'T WORK FOR THEM...

really fast paced work and under pressure, working by yourself most of the time and its pretty good if you're the type of person that likes to just get stuff done by yourself quickly 

Springmount is a nice place to work. It has a healthy environment that improves productivity and reduces costs related to absenteeism, turnover, workers' compensation, and medical claims.

you have a uniform that you must have, there are rules as into behaver, must be on the ball and be able to work, this job requires you to have a certain level of fitness,  as well as attention to detail.
