Spirit Hotels

I love my job the staff are great, customers are awesome, I have been with the company for 15 mths and in that time I have learnt so much. Management are so helpful, they teach so much and respect others and their abilities. I don't have a particular favourite part of the day as my entire day is enjoyable. The hardest part would be having to cut off a patron due to intoxication as I know they are only having a good time, but unfortunately its the law and my duty of care to stop them drinking anymore

The experience gained in the 11 years has been invaluable, having experienced most facets of the hospitality industry. The management and co-workers are great, however all are restricted with the constraints of higher management as quite often happens when one works as part of a large company.
The most difficult part of the job is completing deadlines with limited manpower available, as staff numbers are cut to the limit to save wages. On a brighter side the contact with the patrons is most enjoyable.

In my time with Spirit Hotel I learnt new skills that I can now carry on into my hospitality future.

Was a fantastic importunity working with professionals at a higher level while learning new polices and procedures. My new found knowledge about higher level management will carry me forward in my career.
Spirit hotels had a great staff environment and always ensured our happiness  and well being.

My employment at Spirit Hotels allowed me to advance my skills in problem solving, customer service and excellent communication. I have overall enjoyed my time at Spirit Hotels, and I believe some of the skills I have developed will aid me in my future endeavours.

Great place to work with a relaxed atmosphere while still focusing on finesse and quality. I learnt all the skills needed in hospitality from communication to handling food and drinks as well as the gaming aspect. The management were great in getting me started as it was my first hospitality job as were my co-workers. It was all enjoyable.

Absolutely the worst Hotel Group you could work for. Head Office see all venue management simply as numbers. They don't value hard work. The value the Gaming machines in the venues, that is it! I would never ever work for this lot again, not matter what they paid me.

The Hope Inn is a really nice place, everyone who works there are lovely. The only thing bad about this job is you really have no life. The days are split shift starting at 11.30am /14.30 then back on 17.00 / 21.00 or working from 11.30am/21.00 straight through with a half hour break.

They are awesome to work with if you know how to climb the ropes, not your average job, great for career advancement but need an autonomous approach. Management all depends,they rotate through the venues so often different ideas and different approaches .

Working for Spirit hotels can be enjoyable and it has its up and downs 

When Staff do not advise if there is a problem and you find it at end of night in stead of trying to fix the when it occurred can be annoying

Thoroughly enjoyed working for spirit hotels. during my time was the chancellors hotel I learnt many things from the managing staff and made many good friends. I was sad to leave them.
