There is no best part of working for this company it is all bad

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You can’t say no to anything or you will be punished with no work 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
TOXIC trust no one , everyone is in it for themselves and anything you say may be used against you in the future!!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy or boring, if your not flat out on your own your bored

Management doesn’t care about anything but their bottom line and will sacrifice staffs overall well-being to meet quota’s. Lowest pay in the award with little career advancement opportunities. No impartiality when dealing with HR and not follow through on corrective action. It’s a stressful work environment with a high staff turn over rate due to unhealthy work environment and large workloads. If you decide to work here, good luck

This is a company that no matter what you do, they are never satisfied . It is a very clickly place/enviroment to work in. Management will never lend a hand to help you but they are the very first people to criticise you regarding your work.

It was a good experienced to work with the company only the management need to focus also on there staff benefits and recognition on performance of employee.

They need to hire more staff so they can deliver good service to patients. 

Good challenging job.
Company can be supportive at times but seems to be moving in a different direction from where I would like to be.

Love being able to satisfy doctors, patients but time for a career change

Don't recommend working till retirement for this company but as a student and this job as a side job. Terrible management. So much bullying. No set shift. Only casual shifts.

A very faced pace work environment, where you are dealing with patients all day. you are required to have good time management skills and know how to prioritize tasks.

Very bad place to work for, clinical management is very bad and senior management is worst. Toxic environment, incompetent team leaders and supervisors

Learned lots of skills 
Helped me gained communication skills and time management skills
