Sole Trader

As a Painter and Brush hand, I have worked in this way due to the companies I have worked for. I have plenty of experience in the painting industry as my father had me working early to gain skills. I have also had my own business and have done very well in two states and never have had a complaint I am also willing to work in other circumstances if the company that is interested in me has extra workload i am willing to put in the hard yards....

This is my own business. I love sharing my culture and helping people to improve their skills. This is very interesting to teach and by teaching, I'm learning too, I learn more how to help people. I love to teach and discuss a wide variety of topics. I can help people in different fields : Grammar, Conversation, Vocabulary, Writing, Reading and Text Comprehension ...I always tried to put each student's needs first.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Flexible working hours, find the right fit with participants.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Gaining more clients as a young sole trader.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Pretty chill at the moment, playing games with the client but occasionally have trouble getting the client to have a shower.

Great to run my own home business and hours were of my own choice normally though customers can ring and book and then decide at last minute to change days leaving another customer whom wanted that time missing out

work is good but very unstable income week to week, only get paid per client not based on hours worked.
no holidays, sick leave, superannuation. and can get treated quite poorly, as depending on where you work other full time staff don't respect the contractors

Working as a sole trader gives you the opportunity to make life-work balance and keep your style of life you like to have. Is a great work and the biggest reward is the people who you work for happiness. 

I enjoy being able to share secrets of an art that I enjoy so much. Being able to take the time to observe, listen and instruct is a privilege and pleasure all in one. To see people achieve their goals/ aid them in that process.

Most enjoyable is seeing the job finished and your accomplished over a job well done. The hardest part of the job is the unpredictable weather. Always learning on the job. Problem solving is a must.

Have been in the fitness industry for almost 3 yrs, but recently qualified as a PT,, Love everything about it, helping people to achieve their health/lifestyle  goals is very rewarding, I would love an opportunity to help others in remote areas,,,
