Good place to work, great fellow staff members.
• Typical day is busy, doing virtually anything from client meetings, general artwork (complete set-ups or repeats) good variance of work media. the occasional delivery.
* Store managers are generally great
 • Co workers always good people, knowledgeable and have sense of humor
• Always enjoy seeing and hearing that the products I've created from nothing have materialised into something tangible.

There was a lot of potential in this company, however the family business management was reluctant to invest in software, performing computers to achieve more business and were not willing the staff to have too much input on the way they were conducting the business.
I need to mention that except myself and one printing press operator, none of the 14 other staffs or managers were from the trade industry.

My day would mainly consist of photocopying, scanning, binding, laminating and printing jobs. Alot of copying and reconstructing files for mining companies. Management here are some of the best i have ever worked with. Hardest part of the job was learning to use the massive sign laminator and everything was enjoyable

Typical day includes the use of a variety of technologies, interspersed with walk-in customer interactions. I learned how to use Microsoft office softwares as well as the basics of phone manner. Sometimes it was difficult balancing physical and phone customer needs.

I loved working for Snap Printing Subiaco as I got a company car and was out of the office quite a bit delivering printing.  The girls and guys I worked with were great and I still see them today.

Great place to work but didn’t have the hours I needed to continue at that time. I needed more but they didn’t have enough work. 
Employees are treated fairly and looked after.

No career progression, bad management practices, no formal trainings , unpleaseant company culture, workload to staff ratio is unmanaged, branch owners usually decides on everything.

- impossible deadlines and workload
- poor organisation from management 
- unprofessional conduct 
- Greedy and cutting corners wherever possible 
- understaffing

The environment was nice, just work management was terrible.
Always a mess. Not organised at all. Clients not happy about that.
Having to chase payment

Snap is a very family orientated workplace. The support network within snap is amazing! very understanding with any isues you may have and nothing is to much trouble.
