I worked in extrusive conditions where i had to work in heat and sunlight to the point where i wanted to faint, Depending on your leads and supervisors where your working could be fun or depressing. Customers will lie and get you in trouble for doing your job and your supervisors don't care and you'll get written up for it. Depending on weather affects your hours.Other team members will go out there way to make you look bad so they could look better themselves.Keep to yourself and dont trust anyone. They dont appreciate the work you do and will make big on the little mistakes that aren't yours. They'll complain and tell you to do your job but will go do what they want afterwards and won't be held accountable for it.

I do not feel particularly important or needed in my team. I love the other team members in my team - they happen to be great - but the management is severely lacking. I find the staff recreational areas to be extremely poor, the lack of paid holiday and the "points" attendance system are pretty ruthless. God help you if you ever get hit by an illness! No security, no benefits, no feedback on how you're doing. Do it if you're at school for a bit of extra money, don't do it if you're grown up like me and want to be treated better.

Great theme park but I am overworked and underpaid here! I deal with customers on a daily basis and believe I do a good job but I never get any feedback from my supervisors about how I am doing or if there are things I could be doing better. The facilities provided to staff are poor and I do not feel particularly important or appreciated on my team.

I was a park services Supervisor for five years. I used to like that job, fun, flexible hours good and safe environment to all employees and Guest. The only think that I dont like that I had an family emergency my son called me at my 
cell phone, I was working in the parking lot that time, I answered the phone call and they fired me, they dont left me talk to explained and without any warnings

Some employees are dedicated, others not so much. Frankly if you are a hard worker you will excel there because they will let you pick up a lot of hours depending on the department. However they do not offer overtime. The people you work with are what makes the job worth it. Looking back I'm glad I worked at Six Flags.

I worked in the aquatics department for almost 5 years. One of my first jobs and  the best job I ever had. I met so many great people and it paid pretty well for a high school/ college job. The only con I have is the heat but you know that going in! 10/10 recommend unless you cannot handle the heat!

I can not review right now about six flags due to the  reason why I’m not working there right now. But as soon as I work there I’m sure it’s a great place to work at for our youth at Springfield Massachusetts

It was a waste as a first job they pay little and work you like a slave. It was hot and the guest were rude we had to put up with they bullonly good thing I got was being able to go for free on my off days

Just dont. The hours are bad. You’re treated horribly. Not given breaks. Management was fine ig was just the job itself cuppled
with the people and treatment. no

This job is fast paced with intense weather influences. Very good positive place to work. Overall it’s a good temporary job as the park isn’t open all year anymore.
