Management was a mess, severe lack of leadership. Was part of a hostile takeover of another company with which we as admin staff were given 2 days notice of, including moving locations across to the other side of the city. Long hours expected, any small mistakes are treated as though they are world-ending. Staff pitted against each other, instead of encouraged to support one another. Sick days are highly frowned upon, regardless of reasons/evidence.

What is the best part of working at the company?
One of the worst companies I’ve worked for. Low pay , no overtime, and they slave u out

Doing the impossible, walking distance required for deliveries,

Good office staff who know what they’re doing

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Load up the truck head out and deliver come back and unload the truck

Starting early and finishing at a reasonable time.

the management were good people to work for and treated you with respect.

 most of the co workers were easy to get along with and at times you could have a laugh.

The hardest part of the job was the 4am starts and maintaining the current customers.

Satisfaction of knowing you gave it 100% every day.

Good crew, solid shifts & always busy

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Clock on, start picking bulk orders, palletise & wrap orders

a typical day is when you supervised by three supervisors.i learnt team work in busy conditions.management is good to handle flow of busy days.all co workers are friendly some are self oriented.hardest part is when i  feel being ignored even working hard.when i have plentyto do.i enjoy it

Drive good trucks and deliver fresh fruit and vegetables around town, in between deliveries pick and pack orders ready for next round of deliveries and keep truck clean to abide by HACCP guidelines.

Great team to work with, however don’t expect to be able to try the fresh fruit and veg yourself. Staff aren’t even allowed to purchase goods themselves. Makes it very difficult when customers ask you what’s good or bad in season.

A poorly run business, constructed like a dictatorship, but the dictator was rarely there to see what actually happened.
No concept of people management, time management or respect for the staff member. 
A mess of a place that needs to get out of the 1960’s.

packing and picking all products are part of the job also cleaning its is also includes weighing packages. its is a very enthusiastic environment and always good to work in, and always good company.

Early starts, fast paced environment. The workers are all easy to get along with but there is alot of overtime. The facilities are excellent and all the vehicles are pretty new.
