Quiet working environment shared with a dedicated team seeking to instill a greater level of professionalism into the social welfare culture of the organisation. Always good staff interaction with some room for lighthearted communications. Most difficulty stemming from ensuring staff adhere to policies and procedures dictated by both the organisation and the relevant funding bodies.

I cannot speak highly enough of SSI. This is an organisation that is both client focused and employee focused. The CEO often meets with staff and is such an amazing person and leader of such a great organisation. Client receive the support they deserve, and staff wellbeing is the forefront of the organisations values. This is by far the best organisation I've ever worked for!

It was a great place to work, it introduced me to the work force and equipped me with:

-Time management skills
- Customer service skills
-The ability to work well in a team 
- The ability to pay attention to detail
- Organisational skills (prioritizing my tasks)

Unappreciative management.  Working culture is typically Arabic, never respect the other culture and the senior colleagues loved to communicate in Arabic.  
The hardest part of the job was ridiculous deadline without nil incentive.
My experience working with the Organisation totally mortifying.  Many times I felt like I was working in one of the Middle Eastern Countries.

As team leader, i learned nothing from my manager throughout the duration spent at community.
Workplace culture is polarized on senior managers background when there is reduction of staff only those close to managers retained positions.
The hardest part of the job is urgent requests even things within management control make work stressful to me is lack of planning from managers .

Friendly. supportive staff and higher management but high case loads (no cap on client loads), poor training. inefficient client management system and a push for overtime if client load gets too high. High turnover of staff as most people are working on short term contracts and then leave. They pay well and have good employee benefits but be prepared for fairly high stress.

Always learn new things at work. The workplace culture is great staff   and very professional. Person centred way of service delivery. The leader always enhance the factual that only the client can decide and drive their own case.life style with the support of the case manager/Linker.

As a Community base/NFP, this company is making an amazing contribution to the community with a limited budget. Incredible work with refugees by providing essential support through assistance with awareness of the local community and job application training.

After long life experience in Customer service and receptionist I found  when someone work with a team that's work place turn more power full and more friendly and we can get more clients and achieve our monthly target in easiest way by manager team work and manage our time frame.

Over all excellent experience, it is a very culturally diverse wok place with total inclusion employees from all cultural back grounds.

The organisation is big on keeping the staff up to  date therefore they are big on providing regular training to everyone.
