I handled the building security
my main role was contract administrator I was responsible for writing and processing all contracts with suppliers including the legal and probity areas of all contracts between SEQ and suppliers 
I handled the building security
I handled the leasing and floor management of all non owner occupants
I handled the security and employee access security cards including incoming and outgoing staff members
I was on call for any building access or lift failures


Overall it was a good place to work for. It felt a bit secluded, as I normally worked in the city, I had to get used to the suburban attitudes and language. Use of Aussie slang and laid back attitudes sometimes.
Management took bullying and workplace health and safety seriously.

I enjoyed my job as I inspected their sites and interviewed personnel to develop functional description and control documents, and research their data bases. I found personnel on sites and in the office very helpful. The best part of the job was site inspections and learning something new everyday.

I had to cut my contract short due to family commitment and I regret it.

Unless drastic changes have been made recently there is a culture of leadership and management bullying in procurement.  Not a suitable employer for most employees because of the insidious procurement management faults and toxic environment.  Significant personnel churn.  Many good and well meaning personnel outside management areas.

A busy work schedule makes work interesting and demanding. Stakeholder engagement works well and colleagues are generally happy to help out and assist in all matters. Information regarding company matters can easily be sourced from the intranet and the CEO keeps everyone updated using email notifications and he is available for 'all that matters' over lynk at pre- determined times.
All in all it's a good place to work.

Manage the day to day needs of the business in regards to its overall operations including dam operations, water quality, Water treatment plant operations.

I have learnt that stakeholder managment is of vast importance in faciliting a procurement function that realises key benifits like cost savings, cost reductions and efficieny gains.

Enjoyed working with a close knit team at a regional office.
The team worked well and productively.  Cuts to staffing made the tasks somewhat more difficult for employees and resulted in some having to relocate or leaving the organisation.

A terrible culture.
A good example of why governments should not run businesses. 
The culture is disrespectful, uncaring and uninterested in change . It is mostly worried about propping up petty bureacrats careers by not getting onto front page of the local paper.

I enjoyed my time there. Everyone including directors and managers I dealt with were friendly and helpful.  Was glad to see they were working for the same goals

Greta place to work with greats people at the lower levels trying their best but ham strung by management too worried about personal KPIs in contracts then results
