Following up the Online and F2F Sales Reps, making sure they have contacted customers and are meeting their daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and Targets.  Reporting on sales results on a team and individual level and presenting to the Management Team and Director. 
Assisting in Customer Issues, resolving and making sure all parties are happy; this is a process that involves management and co-workers.
Running competitions and motivating sales consultants to achieve and do their best in a fun and fast paced challenging but rewarding environment.
I learned life, sales, personal development, management, admin, reporting and other diverse skills within my positions, having learning tools and training aids and personal coaches and trainers available to be able to achieve the results that were needed within this sales environment whilst making sure the customers and management were happy with all outcomes.
The most enjoyable part of the day was celebrating the results and achievements of the team members, knowing that you were there to support and encourage them to achieve their goals.

•	Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts.
•	Explain to customers how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible.
•	Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services.
•	Locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising services.
•	Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts.
•	Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers to sell new advertising programs, and to protect and increase existing advertising.
•	Inform customers of available options for advertisement artwork, and provide samples.
•	Deliver advertising or illustration proofs to customers for approval.
•	Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts, using computer.
•	Consult with company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies to develop promotional plans.

I had claims/complaint cases assigned to me that I had to investigate and resolve by providing fair resolutions to customers. We had to close a minimum of 5 cases per day.

I learnt how to investigate accounts and negotiate with customers.

Management was very approachable and they gave us the liberty to manage our time the way we wanted to in order to close cases.

Co-workers were friendly and we worked as a team.

Hardest part of the job were obstacles during investigations due to other departments not cooperating or responding. 

The most enjoyable part of the job was flexibility to do our work.

A well organised and professional organisation with ample learning and training facilities.
The support and tools given were relevant and accessible.
The culture was fun and competitive and made KPI's well worth the chase.
I WON 3 Trips there and all were 5 Stars and exceptional.
Management was easy to communicate and the culture was all levels of demographics that worked well in a team environment with one goal - to WIN.
As the company was agile they took feedback on board and strategically moved with the emerging digital market.
The conferences were amazing and second to none.
You felt respected and rewarded for hard effort and there was wonderful career progression.

I was part of a very proud business that went the extra mile to ensure that our customers (advertisers) received great value for money as well as the best promotion for their products &/or services.

The people, without being cliche, we're tremendous. We were all focussed on the customer.  I feel very privileged to have been a part of such a wonderful time in the company's history as we evolved from the print platform to electronic media.

Get as many sales or up grades to existing advertising.
Changing customers to include a digital presence as well as a print one. (Google was still in infancy att.)
Managers were approachable and actually took the time to get you through things you needed to address to achieve targets.
The culture at work was one of good feeling and praise for acheivement. Yes there was pressure but there is always a way around it you just have to find the solution to the customers needs.

Creating advertising contracts as well as ads for Australian Businesses.
Job culture is enjoyable abd i have gained lots of experience in advertising, customer service and advance level in data entry.

Good development teams with a progressive attitude.  The products are complex and require a lot to understand the business. The business is in a difficult marketplace and is competing with the likes of Google etc.

I loved working with such a diverse group of people who knew how to work and have fun at the same time.
Never had any issues with anyone and always felt comfortable in the work environment.

Diverse clients, range of tasks, reasonable territory, let you be autonomous and get on with it.  Feels like you are running your own business.  Enjoyed my time here.
