I love working for this company for there’s always help when you need it, they don’t leave you on your own to deal with situations or dealing with clients. Very organised and they look after there patients and workers. Seniors community care is one of the best company I’ve worked for and would work for them again in the near future. Very friendly workers, office lady’s are there to support you when you need them. Seniors community care is perfect for me for I get to choose my hours and days to work especially for I’m a mother it helps me a lot to get in to work while my kids are at school I’m able to drop them off to school and able to pick them up after work.

Seniors Community Care is a great environment for making a difference in the lives of others, the fast paced office atmosphere means you are never bored, the hardest part of the job is learning all the new names! The training provided was excellent and it is a very rewarding workplace. The co-workers are all incredibly friendly and happy to assist.

Very rewarding company to work for, I asked for more work and when new clients became available they were offered to me.  My supervisor listens to and supports me with every part of the job.

Seniors Community Care management really look after their staff well.  I could not recommend working for SCC enough.  Many companies in the care industry do not look after the well being of their staff.  Seniors Community Care is the exception.

Seniors community care are friendly and very understanding. They provide great work life balance and I am very happy to be working for them. They provide amazing care to all their clients and their individual needs with great attention to detail. 


The clients are mostly lovely however you never got to meet other employees. This can be quite isolating and you don’t feel included in the company. 
When you are called up to ask if you can do a shift they make you feel like you cannot day no.

Its a great, friendly environment & staff are supportive, constantly learning new things and very enjoyable work environment.

I highly recommend working at Seniors Community Care in Somerville.



If you have attention to detail and take pride in the work you do you will be a good fit at Seniors.
You may need to work longer hours at times to get tasks finished.   It would be good to negotiate around this with Management.

a very welcoming office and staff friendly staff willing help you if need help all staff are approachable. very fast in response. would recommend to anyone who is looking for a job or service in aged care for there family   

I enjoyed working with Seniors, care co-ordinators were always pleasant and friendly to deal with. I have a godd work variation from home care to sleep overs.
