Select Harvest

Enjoyed working on the farm and with the various staff members and representatives I dealt with on a daily basis. The senior management could be difficult to deal with at times, Management positions and pay rates are based on farm size not qualification and experience which meant lower pay and no additional salary based inclusions for people on farms under 1200 acres and no allocation of staff for irrigation managers though the position still requires the same amount of work and experience to run and maintain the property. Training of staff was always up to date and further training to improve position was provided.

A typical day at work was always interesting and never boring.
l learned how the process worked.
The management were understanding in any problems that l had and were very helpful.
Working in the summer it was very hot in there sometimes.

The most enjoyable part of the job was working with the other employees they were friendly and were helpful if you needed anything. l didn't think of it as work because looked forward to talking and see the other employees.

I was managing hundreds of emails and documentation and when someone left the company I was in charge of his duties as well, to finalise with the manager demands I will need to work at least +12 hrs daily ,I just did 9 to 10 hrs, the Area was Sales and Marketing , very improvised manager, no high educated , very low and poor communication, no team work at all, very disappointed.

We were to achieve targets for that particular day but unfortunately we got our delivery of dry fruits from overseas a bit late that day so i have to put on extra people and kept on motivating the team to work in a fast paced environment and by working hard and staying back after hours on that day helped me and my team achieving the target.

Everyday when no suitable product but still production necessary in that case i manage my self  give them good production.but got habit they always doing this type, And I am doing same job when no production in morning  roster but still i gave them good production.

the most enjoyable part of the job is the people we work with all culture.Everyone gets a long with everyone we joke a lot but when we do our job we do it well. ive learnt a lot from working here .   management ???

I worked there nearly 22 years and i was very happy with this company. This company had a very nice working environment. The people was good also. Unfortunately, they had to move regional. Therefore I will work for them until retirement.

Yes really enjoyed working there management and workers there I really worked well with them good atmosphere a safe place to work attire was a easy place to reach by public transport over all all good

great place to Work for me as it so close to home and suits thedd working Hours. working as casual and looking forward to get permanent position if i get an opportunity.

Overall great experience for first time job while still being able to study. The crew and managers were great and the cleanliness of the store was way better then most fast food places.
