-workplace culture is shocking, with harassment and bullying being left unaddressed and  management allowing poor performance while blaming others
- awful treatment to towards their workers failing their minimal duty of care towards them
-Workers are made to feel guilty for being stressed and no duty of care by management towards well being of their employees

To many management disagreements 
People get sacked for HR mistakes
In-house fighting. 
Negativity filters down to employees on the ground just trying to do their work
Horrible environment.
Dysfunctional culture in some states


 


This is a good organisation to collect leftover food from supermarkets and deliver to the charities to help people in need. In WA Secondbite took over Food Rescue which was doing exactly the same job and have given me experience in the warehouse.

second bite is a company where you pack Fresh fruits and vegetables in to smaller packets and boxes to be sent to Homeless shelters and the salvation army to help feed the people in needed.

Mostly driving Vans or and occasionally driving trucks collecting produce from  supermarkets and farms and then returning produce to warehouse at the end of shift for sorting.

Management can not agree on how to manage forward and are appear to be focused on undermining other managers. No respect for volunteers and warehouse workers. Lack of cohesion and comradeship 

Rewarding workplace with a good civic charity outlook and looking after people in need in the community.
Making use of left over good produce that would be otherwise discarded.
