Fast paced, challenging but not very rewarding. No incentives, unpaid overtime and management wasn't there to help.

Learnt a lot which i am thankful for, though in the end the unpaid OT created a poor work life balance which got the best of me.

Great high profile customers to work for, such as Woolworths, Coles, Aldi etc.

Really enjoyed working with the systems at the start, though once the new system was implemented it created a lot of latency which was not enjoyable.

Satisfaction of getting the job done

Watching management destroy the company 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Efficient at your level  but unable to control company S.O.P.s

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Tedious in a good way but frustrating

Sometimes have a good day and bad day ..I do believe that I have learned a lot of experience and skills new things..Management has too many bosses and they're divided with their decisions. 
Depends what language you're working with other people and their attitudes.. Hardest part of the job its doing your truck checking and trailer and the temperature..Enjoyable part its to go home..

Paid a flat rate regardless of how much overtime you do, hard to get out of doing overtime unless you cry "fatigue"

Favoritism everywhere and dodgy management, can't move up unless you marry into the bosses family. Morale is grim.

Can't say I can recommend this company at all.

Doing local your always busy. I learned a lot working for Scotts.Some really good people to work with. 
Management is management, they are always under the pump. but always take time to talk to you if need be.
Hardest part of the job was waiting at DC to be unloaded.
Making new friends

I have enjoyed my time at Scott’s refrigerated Freightways  and learnt a lot through internal career development 
Unfortunately it is not run as efficient as it used to. 

Everyday was enjoyable in the office. Great support, employees are very supportive and have trained me as their first trainee significantly well. Sometimes would be quite busy some days very quiet.

you weren’t constantly monitored

Everyone no matter what their title was 


Not for i like to get straight into not wait for someone to make up there mind for what they want  me to do wait hours for a truck to layed back you get and do your job not wait around
