It's a multicultural workplace but everyone gets alone well with each other. Having a 3 shift per day there's still a lot to do so doing over time is always available. Our company provides vitamins all around the world and I take pride into knowing that our hard work as a manufacturing operator are able to be part of a group that makes the world better. There's always something new to learn and the company is like a second home for me.

Great if you are at a time in your career to want work life balance but the culture is poisonous in Sydney Australia and does not support meritocracy at all.  Lots of rhetoric from HR leadership; for example, the future leaders program selection process is opaque and included people who had no chance for being in commercial leadership and lots of people who eventually left the organisation within 12-15 months.

Enjoyed my time there with good banter among co-workers. Lots of rhetoric from HR and management, which is corporate standard. Heard significant restructure in Mar-16, which also included the Managing Director being let go. Continued redundancy creates unstable and uneasy environment.

Generally, low performance culture with lack of continuous training.

Great culture and team. People are recognised for both what they do and how they go about it. A company that genuinely cares for it people and inspires people to collaborate and achieve more. Strong policies to support gender balance, families, diversity and inclusion. The only negative would be decision making can be slow at times.

Very supportive culture and roles.  Management is approachable. Good products to promote and close working team which is very supportive.  I settled in very quickly and was encouraged to do what I felt was required to get the business even though the territory I had inherited was underperforming.

High level of commitment required. Adaptability,  resilience and building robust relationships across all levels is a must in this workplace. The most enjoyable part was leading and supporting a team of people, making meaningful changes which would best assist the staff to achieve target results and all the while, still enjoy coming to work.

From day 1, I was made to feel welcome to the team. I was given all the tools I needed to perform my role. My experience and expertise was noticed & valued. I was encouraged and empowered to apply my skills and was able to deliver quality outputs within a short timeframe. Management and peers were supportive. I would recommend Sanofi to anyone seeking to commence or continue their career there. 

Sanofi is a dynamic healthcare company that crosses many sectors of the pharmaceutical industry.  The Australia business is head quartered in Sydney and Brisbane giving equal opportunity, which is rare for global companies.

very inbred.Expect to be hung by people passing the buck.Poor management and if your in the little groups that exist you will survive.
Do not work hard there are absolutely no rewards.

Highly stressful to work in and mismanagement throughout entire site of Virginia Sanofi Company. Over-paid managers who abuse and use Casual Staff. They do Not empower people of different ethnicities or circumstances. Unless you are Permanent, it's a Dog Eat Dog world in Sanofi.
