Starting in 2022, I was looking for a new professional and intellectual challenge, I got this and more at Sanctuary!

Joining the team as someone that had been a hiring manager gave me some insight to the role, but I have not stopped learning since day 1. Managers are supportive, wanting you to succeed and look to put everything you need in place. As others have said, you really do get out what you put in, new ideas and approaches are valued. Recruitment might not be for everyone, but Sanctuary is a place for those that want to do it and do it well.

I was always promised a role which I never got and was always doing the work others couldn't be bothered to do.  Even though working very hard and trying to be recognised, I was still not recognised for anything I was doing.  A lot of people joined and left because of how bad they were treating their staff.

if you are related to the directors or managers, you will get far but if not then no one will look at you. not really. 

After a while of working hard and getting no where, I stopped working so hard and just left at the end because I couldnt do it anymore and the relief of leaving was the best feeling ever.

Working for Sanctuary was the worst mistake ever. The management is awful and nothing is taken seriously. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The pay is awful for the job itself, apprenticeship wage is bad enough, but I feel as if the job itself should be paid better. Consultants are rude and disrespectful. Considering being bullied in the work place, no one bothered to do anything about it.

Over the years I’ve worked for several recruitment companies, and sadly most really care about very little about their candidates, clients or employees, it’s all about the money. Sanctuary are different, and it’s refreshing working for an organisation that doesn’t just make promises, they actually deliver on them.

Sanctuary is a great place to work. It is fun and the staff are treated fairly. However, management lets it down highly as promises are made but not kept to and the management is extremely unorganised.

Sanctuary is a fast-paced company with a vibrant atmosphere. If you thrive in that kind of environment, get on board!

The company has grown considerably in recent years offering many people the opportunity to increase responsibility and gain promotions.

Sanctuary Personnel has everything you need in an employer if you want to learn more, grow your career and enjoy the people around you. I would recommend Sanctuary to anyone hungry to achieve more.

We were all given part of a very large ledger and it was our responsibility to reduce the debt, we had dead lines and targets to meet. Bonuses were given.

It is a great company for people that are now starting out in the world of business. 

once you have finished an apprenticeship here you are only wasting your time.

Worked here for 2 years now, love every bit of it, very supportive and friendly atmosphere. They have good sales and support teams that will go out of their way to help you out.
