Every day was unpredictable from extremely busy to slow all within the same day.
I learned so much about their products and their applications. I also learned within the 13yrs of my employment how to confront difficult situations and build trust from my customers.
My managers were like family always looking out for my best interest the same with my co-workers. we still remain friends.
The hardest part of the job was disappointing my customers when we couldn't deliver.
The best part of my job was making so many friends, co-workers and customers included. Also the fulfillment of helping customers on a daily basis.

Chasing Renters that are in Arears. prioritising properties that required maintenance.
Keeping on top of all your work is very important cause once you slack of abit before you no it your so far behind and stressing on how your going to catch up and you end up working in your own time just so your not overloaded the next day.
Co workers were great, helpful when they could be. unfortunately they specialised in sales not property management.
Work is only ever hard or annoying if you have horrible Tenants or landlords.
Helping people find a home to rent.
What I Enjoy most in all work environments is success & knowledge.

Many kilometres travelled from Mackay to Cairns on a 6-8 week call cycle. Calling on established customer base in Hardware & Industrial, with an extensive range of Abrasives. Direct management were extremely helpful but overall the company seemed to be lacking any direction. Top managment changes were regular which would not have helped any. The Qld team of which I was included in was a good fun team & enjoyed when we had the chance of getting together. The hardest part of the job would have been covering the distances.

The main issue with Saint-Gobain is the work load and expectations they put on their workers, time away from family and long hours. 

However the company and most of the people are nice, I just had a personal issue with my direct manager, especially changing the benchmark for my job title and what he expected of me.

Pay was good, training was good and the overall products they sell are fantastic.

ready a great place and people to work with.always working as a team .work safety is or always has been a issue..not really following the proper procedures..when you have a issue with safety on your machine..it is mostly left sat the last minute or should I say until an accident occurs..I'm not trying to run the company down..I was their over 18 to know this..(experience)

Don't who sang talking on your phone or anything that could be misconstrued as doing the wrong thing it can be good place to work the money is not bad but I found the management to be spiteful resentful and consistently against their team members

good working environment, learned ad participated in some Company provided Training, good management , all employees are well informed of Safety and are well trained to perform tasks without Supervision.

love to work with challenging team members. fun and cultural workplace. I've learned how to work fast, hard and smart from this company. The previous Management were fantastic.

Working for Saint Gobain was enjoyable although demanded a heavy work load. I enjoyed working for Saint Gobain over the 11 years of service I had dedicated to working for the company.

The worst run company management are complete di-kheads avoid the place at all costs most the people there are good but the bosses are egotistical ex drugie wa-kers
