The only good thing about working at the Nudgee state office is some of the work colleagues, this doesn’t include staff who are bullies and still keep their jobs with multiple complaints raised to HR

The managers are purposely intimidating, nasty, and do not genuinely care about looking after their staff. 80% of the managers both upstairs & downstairs are bullies and narcissists

The Qld office rips off customers with charges and the customer service manager and sales managers are well aware of the difference in pricing for customers. The customer service manager would tell staff that the expensive pricing to customers was to help pay for all the parties and gifts you would get throughout a financial year

There are some very talented employees that work for Suez however they are not acknowledged and staff are not looked after and all the good ones leave once they realise how poorly they are paid and how badly they are treated

There wouldn’t be anyone I would recommend to work here, unless there was a hierarchy change and the company adopted better care towards their employees

Each day was unpredictable with the amount of calls received or out going raging from 40-100.
I learnt how fast pace a call centre can become and learnt which skills and trades I seem to to better in and learn to improve on the others. 
Management was a bit messy, things were not always in order of how the day should go.
There was a mixer of Culture within the work place it felt comfortable. 
The hardest part of the Job was the confronting phone calls received by staff of upset customers but personally I feel confident  dealing with any phone call now within the right manner when needed, or always.. 
The most enjoyable part of the job was feeling welcomed each day and being made to feel like I was part of the team.

Responsible for controlling the logistics of mixed waste and recycling materials to end markets and delivering continued improvements to service and cost reductions in haulage operations. In-depth knowledge and understanding of material stocks and waste flows to ensure smooth service delivery in accordance with customer requirements ■ Sourcing and implementing cost effective haulage solutions, liaising with external and internal hauliers and arranging haulier contracts. Budget production, monitoring of regional financial performance, and monitoring the haulage business through the production of analysis of data. ■ Trained in the use of Clear Logistics and Mayer Materials Manager software systems.

Many phone calls and expectations of you as an exceptional customer service officer to problem solve, listen to the customer, book times and help your team very quickly. It was a fantastic, professional and fun team I was lucky to join, but i felt the pressure to perform and problem solve very quickly was immense.
A good but firm manager who wishes her team to raise to any challenge quickly and well. 
Not for the "slack" or "faint of heart", this team was quick to judge and ensure you performed to their high, professional standard. Excellent training provided.

Current state management make work enjoyable and they provide lots of support, including a good work life balance.

Depending on the position held, there are many benefits that can be accessed, and across the whole range of workers there are opportunities for further education and advancement, with support from the direct manager usually. 

The company also has occasional opportunities to do work placement in other countries that have a SUEZ presence, i.e. North America, England and most of Europe.

The job role explained in interview is completely different to what the job entails. Newbies are given the jobs no one else wants to do with excessive work, lack of training and when ask what to do with something as wasn’t shown their old outdated system (ms dos base program) they got angry and just screamed like I am a mind reader a simple oh this is how you do it would of worked I am a fast learner. They replace older staff with juniors so they pay less

I loved it at the start but after four years of the same problems it felt like I was banging my head against the wall. Slowly started to take days off, than weeks off until I found a new company to work for. Which I am so happy I left as career progression is not a thing at this company. No other workers will barely give you a hand. The managers are quite pathetic, well at the Lucas Heights Depot at least . 1 manager and 3 supervisors can’t run a happy/productive yard ?
Never heard so many lies in my life ! 

A typical day is billing, checking and followup of outstanding queries.

Management needs further training on how best to manage staff. Lacking in clear direction and incentive for staff to improve skills.

Supportive team that works well together.  Lacks direction at times.

End of month is often a mad scramble to meet deadline.

The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing that you can contribute to improving procedures.

Poor management, lack of training. If you are looking for development and professionalism look somewhere else, people are too casual and unqualified, 
Poor internal communication. A lack of team spirit, can be toxic to a business
Bad habits
Focus on profit.
Office gossip from highly manipulative characters who dominate supervisors and managers
Low office engagement.

With the odd exception the senior management here are toxic, culture is that of blame (unless your in the inner circle). Doesn’t matter how much experience you bring to the company, the mindset is frozen, go with flow or find yourself the scapegoat, overall not a very nice place to work.

Unless you are desperate for a job my advice would be to give this company a very wide berth.
