Worked there for 10 months with no offer to go full time. Someone who had come in a few months after was offered it even though they were known to be lazy and always damaging things. It pays to be friendly with the site manager.

No warehouse team leader, everyone says "it's not my job" and nothing gets done properly if at all. Everyone refuses to load customers when they arrive. 

Site manager plays politics and manipulates with lies to get people to do anything they're supposed to be doing anyway. Conveniently "forgets" he said people can leave early if X gets done. 

It is may opinion that Sika have no direction and the structure in management are doomed to fail,they took over a company that has been trading for 25 years and turned it into a rabble they put people in charge of  positions that they have no experience in.

One of the key aspects to running a successful operations is having the right people in the right place,then the employees and management  will be happy productivity will be up and the Stakeholders will be happy.

Management of 2 processing sites plus warehouse and distribution. Worked hard on developing staff to be responsible for their areas of control.
Work place culture was affected by early management decisions and poor treatment of staff. I help push a cultural development by involving people with decision making  that affected the site and job satisfaction

Productive and Challenging, some good skills learnt whilst employed there. Many safety aspects, manual handling and 5s training involved also. Loading/unloading trucks, Liquid admixtures manufacturing all interesting. Quality control/testing in a lab environment overall not a bad place to work.

Mainly culture & the people which makes the process of working for sika much easier & there always room for improvements & organization 
& safety procedures. Onces you get to know what area of the job is involved & communication is always the key to make it happend & a whole lot easier on yourself and the people you work with

SIKA is the worst company I have ever worked for. It is a toxic, horrible and unsupportive company. There is favouritism that stems from the management team and if you don’t fall in in this group you are bullied. For my own mental health I left.

Sika is a good manufacturer of products however the management of the company lacks a proper training program to train new employees in concrete refurbishment.

Awesome site manager, friendly and easy to get along with. I worked in the warehouse, it’s just a shame that the warehouse team was so toxic and lazy. Unfortunately I had to leave in February to go back home overseas. 

The best work place...everbody is friendly..heaps of freebees..lunches...great bosses..good salary and overtime is available if needed...i really enjoyed working at Sika
