There are many centers across Sydney with beautiful and sustainable designed environments. Planning and programming always go along with EYLF and pedagogical curriculums. This is such a great organization for educators to work and enhance knowledge as well as experience.

depending on the director,some centre's were good to work for, others with directors who are out of touch n dont support workers was at times terrible and was bad for personal mental health for some.work ethic is sadly lacking by some and loyal staff are disregarded at times.

Management are killing this organisation. Used to be the top for employees, now all about $ and putting families first not caring about educators. Every EA takes away from educators instead of working together to get better. Doesn't consult with team on the floor everything is top down

Learnt a lot of child protection tools from this role. Management have been supportive at most times. Co workers have been great. Enjoyable part in work has been able to make a positive difference in a child's life that is at child protection level

I work for their family preservation arm. They seem to struggle to retain caseworkers which may be down to the lower pay rates on offer. Staff are expected to attend a lot of meetings and training and there seems to be little time to do the main task of case work and family support

The company is unable and unwilling to provide support. 
No meeting involving education matters or children wellbeing not learning or development needs. 
Extremely expensive.

I love to work in SDN Petersham because there is a very close relationship between staff and a positive relationship with parents. The centre culture is positive too.

Teams are very encouraging and always ready to provide stimulating learning environments with ready resources and materials supplied along with indoor and outdoor programmed activities across the day

Centre had a toxic work culture, micromanagement and back-stabbing attitude. Did not feel valued or supported. Some staff and the kids made up for it.
