Rugby Farm

I've worked 6days a week, Monday to Saturday.
I learned how to cut the broccoli and drive the tractor. 
I've worked with 10people, 5persons in each team.
In the middle of day is very hot and become exhausted, therefore we encourage each other and help each other so that we can work properly. The hardest part of the job is, as I mentioned, working under the strong sunlight. But we had a good teamworks and we are all good friends so we can even make that circumstances as a enjoyable time.

full of backstabbers and two faced people who think that they know how to do your job but you never see them doing it. Full of people who are only worried about themselves and will screw you over so they look good rather then stepping up and taking the blame them selves. full of whingers and managers don't seem to know what they are doing except when they are going home. and don't seem to know how to fix any problems when they arise

What is the best part of working at the company?
Learning and meeting new people and enjoying the job.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing was stressful. I love the job.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment was very nice and everything was fine. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Mondays to Saturdays sometimes Sunday.  It's ok

Due to the order change from Coles, every day in packing shed can be easy or difficult. Flexibility and efficiency were the key elements to get the job done.
Observation and communication were also important to work with people from different nation.
Although it was a very physical job, but it was a good place to practice personal skills.

Is a good place since i've started , the menagers and the supervisors always with the smile and if they ask you something the ask kindly , im very happy to work with them they try to teach you how to do some duties properly and why you shouldn't do something else because is not safety .
No pushing and no rush .

As a Mum of very busy sporty/working Teens, I wasn't able to be as flexible as my fellow workers, however they did their best to accommodate for my needs.  You'll get to meet people from all walks of life and they all have a story to tell.  Unfortunately I had to move on but I shall remember the characters that I got to know, for a long time.

Every day going to job, I really enjoyed and like to be there every day, because at the work site I believe and looking for new skills and knowledge.
The management at the work site is extremely good, and faire to everyone .
The hardest part of the job is by trying to understand the process and all the work related,

I really enjoyed my time at the farms, I was so lucky because I worked for a truly good company with amazing people. Working for the Rugby Farms was hard work, but I would definitely do the experience again.

Im working at rugby for more than 4year, and i love it. worker and all my fellow forlift driver are very nice. Life balance and enjoyable to work i was so happy when i was your at rugby.

They don't see workers as people. They fire them when they are no longer needed.
And there is not enough rest time and the environment is poor.
I don't want to recommend this place
