A workplace with the sole aim of helping people with disability live a quality life, and also support their families. Staffs at Rise Network are given the necessary support to discharge their roles in a safely manner in accordance wirh the NDIS guidelines. At Rise Network, clients satisfaction  and staffs wellbeing are prioritised.

Basically there is no mental stress we have to work independently and you just have to give your best. The rise company had made the work culture in such a way that it’s completely save and amazing. I am just in love with this job. 

Working as a support worker for over 10 years, started out great. Very flexible, supportive and able to contribute with feedback. Now it's the opposite,  this is your job, do it. No questioning anything. It's a shame as even clients are leaving due to being treated poorly from staff within offices higher up.

I have really enjoyed working for RISE for the last 15 years.
They have kept all my training up to date and provided me with adequate working hours. 
I currently provide personal care, social support and domestic assisstance to the aged.

Rise has employees at heart they listen and respond to employees concern. I love working for this organization l recommend it to anyone.l have been working here for almost 4 years now and l have nothing to complain about.

Starts off great with great support but when times get tough management disappear and don't follow through on promises. Organisation and leadership are dictated by HR and Finance. 

entering the support worker role was such a fun and enjoyable journey with Rise. They always listened no matter what your question was is it definitely the best company to work with and for!! 

No support - to many Chiefs - to many bosses all trying to climb the ladder Coordinator under extreme pressure after Rise took over - moved on over 30 staff
