Social & environmental awareness, e=great product range of domestic & commercial water heater products @ reasonable price & warranty  One of the best organisation I worked in my work tenure. great team environment, good facilities, above award wages, various training opportunities, suitable start & finish shift timing, plenty of free parking, social & cultural events celebrations, recognition from the management for long service & loyalty, product discounts up to 25%.
I don't mind retiring from this organisation.

Working at Rheem Australia I have learnt a lot from all of the wonderful people who have guided and helped me through out my time here.

I now have high time management skills, organisation skills, multitasking on two different computer screens using many programs at once, mainly SAP.

Management is amazing here and I'll be sad to leave here.

The hardest part about this job is how busy it is through Winter time in which I have picked up the above skills.

I've learnt a lot!

Having been made redundant was out of the blue for such a well known Australian company there was only 3 tradesperson in Research and Development model shop !
I wasn’t involved in production side 
A good company when I started , very union controlled as was Com/engineering when I built trains at Clyde a couple of years before but  I think the time could be up for Rheem!!

working at Rheem Australia i gained so much knowledge on not only program mes used but also the products and  how they were made etc. i loved this job so much , the environment was amazing and kind , the team helped each other , the supervisors were always there when we needed them to give advice and support , we had fun Fridays with buffets and parties occasionally . i would 100% recommend this job to anyone who loves inbound work.

lack of comunication towards production environment and employees...
Lack of duty of care.  I was given light duty due to operation\accident at work, now been told to find work elsewhere. Task on light duty consist of KPI Entry daily for more than 15 work station & Machinery. Assisting quality control with documentation.

Great career progression. Started as a process worker, welder, special class welder, fitter machinists apprenticeship,  fitter, Toolmaker then was starting mechanical engineering progress.
Sadly to leave after 10 years of service with a great people culture and atmosphere.

Great place to learn about production and manufacturing. Organization & Tidy policies in finance make more efficient job and less overtime spending in simple tasks; however work location was far away.

the co- worker a good to work with i really enjoyed working for rheem they nice company we start 6am and finish 2pm and the y give bonuses every three months

Rheem have continually looked after its employees since my commencement of employment in 2008 and continue to do so in difficult times.
The culture is developing day by day

Opportunities to work alongside a variety of teams and project with a relaxed environment. Work could sometimes be boring though however the management is very helpful.
