A typical day at work would be , dealing with customers , making sure you deliver their goods without any scratches , dents or marks . Abide by the work Rules . Do not do any kind of job you cant do on your own . Always be on time to work that was important , customers would expect delivery on time . Help unload goods when truck comes in drop off stock . Always have stock counted right and up to date with the system . Made sure every furniture was not left out and all stock had to be on the floor displayed. Report any damages whether it was your fault , customers or damaged in transport , must be notified .

I enjoyed working at Retravision and having interaction with Customers and  along with my husband, we  lead a very pro active team of workers.
It was always fun learning about new products and keeping up with the latest technology.
I learnt a lot about running a business, pay role and difficult customers and not getting stock in on time were two of the hardest parts of the job.
I felt very rewarded at what I did and had excellent repel with our customers. 

Retravision close their  francise in Australia in 2013. Sad day as they were known as a great family company. Kempsey Retravision was also a family company. Most of the staff had kids around the same age and they all grew up together. Everyone got along well and when an event came up eg Kempsey Cup we all got together as a store and a company. We had store managers from other stores and representatives from companies join us for the day.

Open and Close of shop, initiate contact with customers, express interest and seek customers needs/requirements. Sell customer specified product and deal with problems that may occur. Installation and deliveries.

A learned the art of persuasion. I was hired as a retail sales' assistant and induced sales to customers regarding televisions, computers, laptops, and general electrical accessories. 

I worked full-time. The work was challenging at first, but as you gain experience you become more confident, leading to an increase in stock being sold.

Retravision was a great place to work but unfortunately they closed the doors in November 2013.As far as a typical day at work I think sales is ever changing new products dealing with all types of people that's what makes it challenging  and enjoyable.

Overall i really enjoyed working at Retravision i found it a very energetic and positive Workplace, It was also very good because of the way they taught me being new to being a sales person.

I only had this job whilst looking for more permanent work. It provided me with additional experience with interactions and retail sales.
The owner was a bit nutty.
