The only positive thing about this workplace is the clinic team. The girls are amazing to work with and are always willing to help out no matter what. However this is the most unorganised company to work for. Would not recommend unless you want to get hassled about your target by head office and not know your shifts until the day before. I would get called up and get abused by head office after one slow day. I was also promised a set amount of days a week but most of the time was only given 2 or less. There were times where I would be rostered on for a shift and would then get taken off without any notice. There’s heaps of turn over within the company and not surprised. Head office expects you to sell treatments that the company has provided you with little to no knowledge on. I never received the training I was promised and Sales training is very brief and sale expectation for each customer is unrealistic. Would not recommend.

Worst place I have ever worked. Un-hygienic, horrible management, hard work is not acknowledged, unreachable sales targets, stressful environment, underpaid by a long shot. I do not understand how this company remains open and why no one does in clinic inspections. During my time working there I was bullied. Management also threaten you, if you are not making your daily sales targets you will be fired. High staff turnover and unfair dismissal is frequent. Business is very money hungry. No receptionist, over booked and understaffed a lot of the time with clients squeezed into timeframes which would cause you to run late. You would be forced to rush clients and skip lunch breaks. Computer system is horrible and always had issues with it. I would not recommend working here at all. From what I’ve heard, everyone has similar experiences there.

They clean equipment with bleach and water.
Rude, rude management. It seriously is unbelievable! I can’t emphasise that enough. 
Hungry for money making business. 
Staff are treated soooo poorly. In fact they are yelled at to make sales! So aggressive!
Expected to dress like clones..
 Must look a certain  way or get cut down for not looking the part for the industry. So the aim is to look like a KK ok!

they are really sales orientated, will say they will give you training but fail to do so, management is very poor and there is no overheads in the company, management will say that they fought for you to keep your job but you can tell they don't, they have a massive staff turnover and will "terminate" your contract close to when your probation period ends and will blame it on sales.
the company is good when it comes to incentives but always having management breathing down you neck all the time.
over all wouldn't recommend working for the company at all

Working here made me hate coming in. It’s so money hungry and they only care about making sales which means it doesn’t matter if the therapist is running behind or if the therapist is double booked. I’ve been double booked multiple times and they cut my treatment time so short so they can fit everyone in, which is RIDICULOUS. Your shifts are also very long (12 hrs/10hr) which makes a normal 8 hour shift “normal”. Management seriously don’t care about you. The only good thing about working here are the girls you work with which are all very lovely and they made the job bearable. But please do yourself a favour and don’t work here. 

Working at Results has taught me new skills and given me experience, This is a great place to work at if your new to the industry or looking to grow in a fast paced environment. 
I chnaged jobs because i wanted more training, They gave me training and gave me support- My state manager and my Area manager has given me everything i wanted in a work place. They have alot of knowledge and cater to each needs
This is a big difference for me as i came from a franchise company who didnt care!
i now have other commitments and leaving is the hardest part.

Company headoffice was in Sydney, All good managers were in Melbourne, i enjoyed my time working here, it is very fast paced but thats what i wanted, i find that you need to make sure you get all the training from my area manager and state manager to be successful, They were great help to me, I find my clinic manager very young and i got more support from my state manager. 
They dont have structure in headoffice, they all do everything. If i was to come back then i would only do it for my team in melbourne and my managers. 
Job was secure and clients sometimes can be nasty

my first job in the industry- very different to what elly lukas taught me, very results driven- it was great because the state manager conducted my interview and she told me that its very clinical and results driven. I originally wanted to be in a spa environment but i REALLY love it here. I can see the potential and i have great managers who you can see put alot of time and effort into training me. 
i would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to be be trained well and if you enjoy working with different clients!

Results is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. I have been in the industry for over 6 years and I cannot say that any other company has offered rewards and incentives for hard work like they do. 

The targets are more than achievable if you are a hard worker and plenty of training is provided. I have never once been under paid, if anything I have earnt more money than any other job due to the constant rewards. 

Love the Results Family, I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about their career!

Great place to start after the beauty course, managers are supportive, senior management team is fantastic, i approached them and told them my goals and every month they helped me achieve what i wanted!
You do have to work hard to be seen. Incentives are great!
It was very hard at the start because i had to put in extra hours and worked harder but now i can run my day alone.
