I loved working there for a couple of weeks because I learnt quite a lot because every afternoons when work started at 3pm we would start off with the managers giving us advice and feedback on what we needed to work on and what we could do to help us hit more targets. The management team were ok as well but I just did not like the fact that they favoured others over the rest. People who worked there longer got away with things that other co workers didn't. for example, they got away with over-time lunch breaks and also got away with slacking off from being on the phones during working hours. The hardest part for me, was trying to convince people who were on the other line with what we were selling because to be honest, I didn't believe in the pack myself. The most enjoyable part of the job was probably getting bonuses when you got yourself an appointment set for the nexr day.

The company has a massive employee turn over.
When i joined the company no one had been there longer than 6 months (including shift managers)

There is shifty practices in place.
Outgoing virtual numbers from their pabx display as mobile numbers with day routing so its never the same number calling at any given time even if the same operator.

When "potential customers" advise that they want to be placed on the Do not Contact list because they are getting spammed DAILY/ Multiple times daily they get contacted again with in a day or a month because there is no DNC List and comes up in rotation again.

People get dismissed for not hitting their KPI's - Those KPi's involve calling your targets, saying "hey its XYZ from your home loan" to try set an appointment to have a stranger come to your KPI targets home, to install strange software on their pc to look for excess money for from their home loans that the target can try get back from their bank.

A typical day at RP Australia is supportive, loud and encouraging in which you are always encouraged to do better 
 
You learn on a daily basis to never give up and always give it your best. 

The management  team are a awesome and always willing to help and give you advice when needed.

The workplace is a bright positive place 

The hardest part of the job is when customers wont give you a chance for you to show them how you could possibly help and increase there financial position due to them having a bad experience in the past 

The most enjoyable part of the job is coming in everyday to a great team ans management   

This is my second time working this company and im more than happy to be back and really enjoy the new way things are running

Management is honest and have an amazing open door policy where everyone is treated fairly and with respect, 

Bonuses are always honored never have to ask for it, 
recognition is always given to all who do well on a daily basis,
 
But training is also provided when people are struggling, management actual take the time to hop on the phone and lead by example to help, inspire and encourage, the team to do better,
 
So far in my 7 years of experience in telemarketing, this is by far the best company I have ever worked with and I look forward to coming to work every day.

The only part of this job that I looked forward to were my co-workers. The management do not seem to have a clue what they are doing, staff are fired for underperforming in A CALL CENTRE. not to mention seeing masses of staff released at one time for no reason other than low turnover. its a call centre! how are the staff meant to achieve sales if no one they call wants to talk to them?!

Residential Projects Australia is the first job I got in. With no prior experience and no idea about the industry, they gave me a chance to learn and prove myself. The start of my career was not easy but thanks to the nice team and management who patiently taught me everything. You guys gave me not just a job but a family as well.

I worked at Residential Projects Australia for a year and a half. Considering my tenure was short, I must say that I gained a lot of experience with the company. I learned to deal with problems which I unlikely can deal with, extending my patience 10 times more, and working hard to achieve my goal. Really thankful to them!

2016 - went in for an interview and got offered the job and to start the next day. Went in for my first 2days and never got paid for it. Apparently you don't make a sale on your first day or two, you dont get paid and they never call you for your rosters. 
Called them back - its like they never hired you. 

RPA gives good pay and updated benefits. They also give a solid support system to everyone. While working in this company, I realize that there is still an existing workplace that gives a life-work balance. They value not just their clients but also their employees.

Residential Projects Australia is way far different from other companies out there. They give us the best training so we can deal with our clients professionally. Throughout the shift, our team leads makes sure that we’re doing fine and listens to our suggestion or complaints.
