We had a great and productive team in Adelaide.
I over saw all day to day works in Adelaide and also submitted all quotes for Rema Tip Top - Central Australia.
This was a very challenging role with great rewards.
I still very much enjoy my time in the field and worked very hard to have a balance between field work and office time.

A company that proclaims to have strong people skills.... high turnaround of employees. Dismissal of executives due to instability. Inability to employ trades people due low wages. Minimal support to employees and no consultations or reviews. Give employees valse hopes of a ”great” future... Rema Tip Top Australia is a sinking ship

Pickup up fellow members during the morning was the best way to be active and social a happy environment for during the day,and just the coaching and trust people had during the work and after work.

I was happy with the opportunity they have given me to start a new career in the mines with little experience in conveyor belts but given me the opportunity to learn and gain skills to move forward in my journey with Rema as conveyor belt technician 

A company to stay away from 
Poor upper management no direction and no skills
A typical German company wants to take over the industry at all costs but has no idea what they are doing
Way to many bosses not enough workers and the workers they do have are treated like trash

Post M&A, forced redundancies of shared services unit poorly handled, transition bad result. Little communication with staff.

My role was to coordinate the shared services unit, but made redundant early in transition.

Excellent Leadership and work mates.
Good wages.
Excellent culture

Best to apply direct, and NOT through labor hire for a competitive rate

Very fast pace,  from the interview to the letter of offer very well presented offered a great roster and decent hourly rate for a level 3 belt slicer.

Overall the experience and people are good, fun to work with and culture wise very good. accommodation is excellent, working weekends, rotation works 8 weeks here and 2 weeks at home including with your traveling days

Rema is excellent to work for large company with that family feel about each day 
they are willing to manage you and your lively hood into work schedules
