Red Roster

A decent entry level job to make some money whilst you find something better. But management is rare to fix anything and this has led to many near misses. All of which are never reported. Very little training is offered and full entitlements are not given out. Although the below management staff are all really nice.

The other employees were all very helpful and supportive, especially when I was starting to work there. Their management of my beginning shifts helped me quickly ease into the working culture present during the most stressful business hours. The managers were all very nice and easy going, yet very decisive and communicative of the requirements of the staff. 

Overall my colleges at red rooster were mostly fine but the management was terrible. The work would have been fine if we were actually able effectively communicate without the manager/ owner telling us to stop talking and work. The owner/ manager also regularly came in with his family and asked for random menu items in the middle it was a horrible place to workof a rush.

Red Rooster is a great fast food place , where customers come to buy food especially chicken. However in order to fit in the environment alot of skills were needed.

I have enjoyed my time working with Red  Rooster. Easy work and not too long shift and good work culture. The work life balance is pretty good depending on your position within the store casual workers aren't overworked and full time- part time receive enough hours

Practically only get this job to build character and earn money I guess and ................................................ There a hundred and fifty

The management at red rooster meadow springs was terrible, and thry didn't really care about the staff's mental health and well being. The owner seemed to not care about staffs home life, wanted them to live for workin at a fast food store.

I love to work to learn new think. As I work in red rooster more then 1 year . I can do both BOH and FOH. I have learn many idea and skills from red rooster which helps me a lot today because I have get great experience to work in big team. thank you

The manager yells at you for pretty much everything even the things that you have not been trained for. They don’t pay for your extra work (DONT GO TO WORK EARLY!!). Gets packed only during lunchtime so the rest of the time you have to do random stuff. 

Was good for an after school job at the time but became unfulfilling after time and was not happy working there towards the end.
