What is the best part of working at the company?
The experience was fantastic and the staff were friendly it was a very lively  fun environment to work in 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Honestly most stressful  part was working with the teen staff they were very good at doing there job just loved to use work as catch up time and would only work well when our manager  was around to supervise or if we where over run

It was a friendly, playful, relaxed environment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical day was getting to work by 8:30/9 am latest put my bag away in the cupboard go out the back for 5 /10 till an appret time to sign in or just start setting  up the bistro bar and tables,set the sets down  wipe everything down, set cutlery  till I start then sign in  and clean the glass on the doors and wine shelf , go in the kitchen check for cutlery,  polished and sort then sleeve make sure all tables and the  main bar have cutlery fridge is stocked if there is a function  on to make sure the frights are stocked in there, cutlery, spare menus, and if it's me n the main bar or function bar I would set up the ice and stocking the fridge if it hasn't  already been done and serve alcohol and wait for  the kitchen to open to start lunch orders, and if I was in the bistro I would be making sure all tables are set with cutlery and the booked table set with menus and a reserve sign and doors are open on time for lunch and run between either serving alcohol / on registere then that would include answing the phone taking bookings and takeaway orders giving info on function prices and menus writing down there info and data they want the function  and give it to the fusion manager  or on her desk if she wasn't available.

Whilst I worked at the red lion hotel many years ago. its probably under new management and they may manage it better than the last. I'm going to tell you about the old management, I worked here for a total of a week got 1 day of training and worked 4 days by myself, after being fired I got told that I the new person was the only one who was working by themselves. all other nights there were 2 people. but I drew the short straw, I got fired due to not working fast enough, overall I think the old management was and is rubbish.

The owner was quite difficult to work for and really did not want to pay correct wages to staff.
Staff came and went at a rapid succession during my employment at this hotel.
I enjoyed my work weather as a chef's assistant or in the bar . 
It does not matter what position you have it is the fact you enjoy your work and the environment you are in , the only down side to hospitality work is broken shifts and if you are the actual chef on duty. Chef hours can be very long .

On a typical day at work it gets way too stressful, there is no help for the waitress when times get busy and there is always only one waitress on shift a day due to the company wanting to cut back costs. I learned never to work in a restaurant/bar like that ever again. the management is absolutely appauling and the workplace culture is also appauling. Everything was the hardest part of the job and there was nothing enjoyable about the job whatsoever.

I love my job as it gives me great satisfaction to have happy customers. I love my bosses they show me a lot of appreciation and respect. my co workers are great and look up to me for guidance. There is no hard part to my job as I enjoy it immensely. The customers are the most enjoyable part of my job.

To greet patrons and take food and beverage orders, delegation of duties to staff members, patron complaint resolution, training of new bartender staff and ensuring efficient workflow and business operation.

Started at 7.30am.and clean all down stair then went up and cleaned 
13 room's.
I helped to train new staff.
the most enjoyable part about my job was at the end for the day we all went out for a drink in the pub.
The management where good to work for

it was a great first job as a teenager. I learnt how to follow instructions from other staff members.  the hardest part was being in school and working at the same time

I absolutely loved working at the red lion hotel. Only reason for leaving was due to moving away. Otherwise I would have stayed an employee for a very long time 

Bartender/ Waiter, late night Tavern and Nightclub where my duties involved mixing and serving beverages, setting dinning tables, providing customer service and operating the P.O.S system.
